Very large store, however they don't have much to choose from, their items were not very appealing, neither for women or men, at least to my taste. While out school-clothes shopping for my stepdaughter yesterday we got followed around the store & even harassed on our way OUT of the mall by a male F21 employee about our masks . I went to do a return for Shein, which apparently has to be done at Forever 21. I waited in the register line and was called to the desk but when the associate, Crystal, found out I had Shein return she had me step to the side and wait at the last register and then took another customer. I was like you have to be kidding me. I had waited with the regular line and it was my turn. The customer she took ahead of me had two transactions. After she did my return, which took all of 10 seconds, I asked her why she took another customer instead of helping me. She said they prioritize their customer and there's a separate line for Shein returns. I told her that I understood that process if I had come to the empty Shein line because that wouldn't be fair to the regular customers in line, but I had waited in the regular line, I was next, and my transaction took seconds. Walked passed employees and no one said anything FinallyI asked what time they close and an employee said to take my purchase to the counter. This Forever 21 has the worst customer service ever. You are either walking into an environment where all the associates are snarky and complaining about the slightest thing or they just simply don't talk to you at all. There is simply no customer service at all. Some of the associates need to be reevaluated and get rid of their attitude. The associate in the picture was so rude and simply told people to get out of the store just because they wanted to close early, even though the mall doesn't even close for another few hours. Everything can be solved if there was communication or simply just telling customers in a nice way that they are closing early, but instead they literally tell you to not take a step in because they want to close the store early. On top of that, it's immature and disrespectful for an associate to yell at you to not come in from across the room, while they are on their phone and putting their dirty shoes and body on top of the merchandise. As customers, we see the behavior that is occurring here. Even look at the previous yelp reviews. Why would anyone want to buy merchandise that is clearly dirty because we see that the employees there are laying on top of it and putting their dirty shoes on top of it too. Forever 21 - Horrible customer service - Women's Clothing Near Me - Ontario, California

This Forever 21 location at the Ontario Mills is very big. It has a Women's, Men's, Children's, and Plus Sizes department. It is easy for me to find what I'm looking for. They do put their clearance items and sweats towards the mall entrance, which I don't think it's a good idea because it makes the store looks sloppy. I don't think sweats and funky looking jackets will attract any customers from going in there if they are passing through the mall. They do put cuter and trendier items towards the PARKING entrance. This is where I usually go into the Ontario Mills. Locating a parking spot is easy, no matter if it's on a week day or weekend (I do often go on the week day when Ontario Mills is less crowded). Overall, I give this store 3 starts due to its store size and great selections. read more

Was assisted by cashier Bianca with a return. On 12/9 I made a purchase and unfortunately dropped my receipt, realized as soon as I got home. I made a purchase for a Xmas gift and was unsure of the size so I knew I would possibly need to exchange. Bianca was so polite, kind and eager to assist. Had my daughter pick some clothes at 830 on a Friday night. Told her I would be right back, because honestly, who likes shopping with a teenage girl...she picked out a couple outfits and some jewelry and I came back at 845 to pay for it. Been standing in line for 25 minutes. A full line, a store full of employees in clusters of two or more just in groups talking but there's two guys on register slow with no sense of awareness of how many people there are in line or sense of customer service In their interactions. It's thirty minutes to close at this point , you'd think there'd be a little more speed or at least backup on the register. It's like being around dead bodies. I hate to sound like a bitch but it's kind of irritating. Anyone who has a job with common sense would know someone's not training, coaching, or caring. This is a nice size Forever 21 with a good selection, but they are lacking on a few things. I come here often, but today just wasn't the day. I wanted to try on bathing suits and I was told I cannot try on the bottom of my 2-piece bathing suit only the top, but I am able to try on the 1-piece bathing suit (which has a bottom); this makes no sense. Mind you that bathing suits are Final Sale, so how is it that I am not able to try on the bottom. I immediately asked them to call the manager. Once the manger arrived I expressed my concerns and was then able to try on the bottoms. This is outrages! Corporate needs to look into this. Also, only one dressing room was open and there was a long wait just try on my things. Forever 21 has got to do better, especially on a Sunday when the mall is packed. read more

Some cute stuff. I went in looking for a gray sweater. I found it. It was small, so I asked one of the employees to help me find a bigger size. She directed me to another employee, who told me to find it in the back of the store. At the back of the store, I asked another employee who directed me to where I found the sweater, stating that those were all the sweaters on the display. My friend waited in line for me because the line was so long. I still looked around. I bought two sweaters and leggings. I looked around and FOUND THE SWEATER I WAS LOOKING FOR .... IN A BIGGER SIZE. The only thing that i'm starting to dislike about forever 21 is that they're increasing the price of their products. It's like they're trying to become Brandy Melville or something. I do enjoy getting things from forever 21. They used to be my number one place to go to. But after working retail for a couple of years now I don't as much. I went in looking for a new dress or something cute to wear to San Diego and was having no luck. But then I saw this cute plus sized romper in the window, so I tried to find someone to help. This must have been the B team working because out of the entire store I could only actually spot out one girl with green hair actually helping people. (I was never actually able to talk to her because she was busy with another customer) There was another girl walking around avoiding eye contact but I could tell she must have worked there since she was putting clothes away. I asked her about the romper and she "tries" looking for it. And by try I mean she quickly walked through the racks pretending to look. The plus section isn't that big. Working retail I know the lazy tricks. So I ask about taking it off the mannequin. I had a feeling she wouldnt be able to but I asked anyways. She's not able to touch the ones in the window, okay I understand that. So I ask for someone who could... This is where I got upset. I know forever 21 has specific "stylists" for their company. But I have never heard of a clothing store designating only ONE person in this big store on a busy day to be allowed to remove clothing from a window mannequin. Of course they weren't there too. That's just stupid. At my store, if a visual wasn't there at least the managers could take it down. But the answer was still no. Whatever, over it. Found a back up dress and went to the register. The guy at the register was really nice but I couldn't help to ask again. I asked if it was true that there is only one specific designated person to remove clothes from the Windows. His response " oh I really don't know too much about that..." -___________- Honestly this won't stop me from shopping at forever 21. Not as great as other Forever 21s I've had the privilege to shop in. Big, lots of clothing... but I feel like the choices they had to offer were always low in stock for my size (and my sister's, who is a large/medium). It didn't feel like they had a plethora of accessories but one thing they did have was "lingerie". A lot of the clothes didn't catch my fancy enough to try on. You could see how cheaply made it was and I could predict exactly when it'd fall apart. But for affordable short term, low-wear clothing it's a good choice. I usually just buy accessories and dresses here. I don't really bother with anything other than that since most of this stuff you can get a lot cheaper in DT L.A. Service was partially helpful but it's like they have trouble keeping up with themselves - and, come on, who calls a young, attractive, promising girl "m'am"? uh, no. read more

Forever 21 is awesome! I love their clothes, and I actually get most of my clothes from there. Very fashionable, and most are comfortable. The clothes aren't a ripoff, but not the cheapest either. But I say, reasonable for the style. The store is ok organized. The employees don't know where everything is. They should have more sizes. I wear a small in tees and a medium in sweaters, sometimes it runs out. Love their jewelry. Variety and at a good price too. They have a lot of accessories. Hey, I know I'm no longer "forever 21" but sometimes a gal needs some inexpensive gear to mix in with her work attire. A decent place for purchasing a multitude of camisoles, socks, tights and lounge wear. F21 is carrying a more contemporary line ( i even noted a maternity line) at a higher price point and albeit, slightly better quality materials. Polyester mixed, chiffon-like, silk blend blouses and wool dresses at a fraction of the cost. Yes, again, cheap and cheaply made but that means that I wont be piss angry when my blouse gets a snag, or a hem comes undone. You'll be a smart shopper and wear your clothing for what its worth, still remain within trend, and wont mind tossing it when its seen the best of days. read more

I'm not gonna lie, I drive from LA to go to this F21. It is HUGE and it carries a large portion of the Forever + line. The only caveat with this F21 is that is very disorganized. No matter what time of day I've been in this store, it is a freaking mess. The dressing rooms are disaster, the tables are a strewn mess and the lines are outrageous. Walked in with a return and kierra was the cashier. She was annoyed from the beginning an was having a bad attitude. I had an online return everything was printed and she still had trouble with the return maybe her huge fake lashes were inhibiting her from being able to read. So once we were done there i was still in the store making more purchases and lucky me i got to check out with kierra AGAIN she was rude, didn't want to help me she had such a sour face the entire time. I had a coupon and she wouldn't let me use it saying it can only be used online i said can you please read it again it says "use in store or with your next online purchase" she then said oh it's expired! Went to this location a week ago and was shocked!!! I entered the store and it seemed to be a very nice location. The new arrival section was nice well organized racks too packed as usual then I entered the sale or clearance and I couldn't believe my eyes?? Clothes all over the floor? Tables are a mess hangers everywhere just a mess. I was shopping with my daughters so I was in this store for more than an hour. I was looking around and I kept thinking any minute a sales associate will be here to clean this up. Any minute I'm sure? Any minute? NOPE NOT AN EMPLOYEE IN SIGHT? I was double charged at the forever 21 in montebello and living close by to this location i decided to ask if i could get money back or store credit! Well..i got neither! She stated that bc the mistake was made in montebello i would have to drive back over there so they can review the cameras and see if truly was their mistake...really?! I wish I could give this location 0 stars. I have been coming to this location since it opened & I loved it. But in the last couple of years, everything has gone down the drain. You cannot find anyone on the sales floor to help you & when you do find someone, they act as if you've single handedly ruined their day by asking a question. Staff has zero knowledge of where product is on the floor, so you basically are on your own. I found a jacket once, just wanted to know if they had another size, & was passed around to 4-5 employees... None of them could find what I was looking for & they all took me in different locations. The reason I'm taking my time to even write this review is because of a sales associate I encountered recently - Justyn. He was incredibly rude. I've met MANY rude employees at Forever 21 in the past (it must be a requirement on their job application), but he made me want to walk away from my purchase & just leave it at the register. I was there with another person & after I walked away from the register, she asked why I still came in to support this business. None of the sales associates will look you in the eye, they just tell you how much money you owe them, roll their eyes when you ask them a question, they avoid you on the sales floor like the Black Plague when they see you coming their way, their customer service is literally a joke, & the store is a disaster zone 9 times out of 10. I've gone a few times to give them chances before I wrote a review but after last night, I couldn't wait anymore. The employees are lazy, it's messy there, they constantly run low on things yet never want to restock and if you ask for them to bring something from out back, they're rude! I asked for a a bigger size in the dress and she looked at the dress, looked at the tag, took her time to think and THEN said "sorry, if you got it in the front, that's all we have". So I said "then what do you restock for tomorrow? You're really telling me this is the LAST dress you have here?" And she looked shocked and angry that she got caught being lazy and then pretending to be busy while saying "you can go to the front and check with them, if you want"- with such an attitude!
