Right from the get go, it was clear that he is an honest person and gave us a lot of confidence that he will be able to handle the project. We had to wait a few months to get the permit approval from the city, and Micky followed up with the permit officers diligently. He had his team ready to jump in with the demo, and started working on the project immediately after we received the permits. The project took a couple of months longer than expected (in part because we asked for some changes, and in part because Micky had underestimated some of the work). But we did not mind the delay as it was clear that Micky's team was doing the work properly and not cutting corners. One piece of advice: Micky gives you accurate timelines for his material options, but if you want other options then you will have to be on top of it yourself to make sure you get it in time. This is understandable, and once we realized it, we were able to better forecast when certain aspects of the project will be completed. Micky is just an amazing human being - kind, thoughtful, and empathetic. The patience paid off. We now live in one of the best houses on the street (which was previously an eye sore). Our sincere gratitude for Micky and his team. We will seek his company out for future projects.

After 6 long years of using our master bathroom shower, we realized the poor workmanship of the house flipper that sold us our house. Tiles not lined up, water leaking out the shower door, water leaking through the grout, grout cracking, water pooling in a corner of the shower because it wasn't properly sloped. It got to the point where what once was a pretty shower became a nasty place to shower in. Kenny was fast to respond, professional, and took his job seriously. He also had a punctual team who worked hard and was attentive to details. We were more than impressed with the outcome of our shower. They nailed our "accent wall with shower niche". I discovered Sergio after I saw his incredible work/remodeling to the house next door to me. We arranged our first meeting whereby he bought his laptop, and provided numerous options and designs for my bathroom remodel. Fortunately, Sergio has great ideas and suggestions, making the process of decision making, ie. what materials to use, design options, etc. The process started right on cue, and the ETA for completion of 4-5 weeks was righty on the money! The guys that work for OSH are ALL exemplary, professional, prompt, and courteous! From the demolition guys, the carpenters, the electrician, the painter, the glass guys, I could not have asked for better! The thing that stands out for me, is the fact that these guys were consistently prompt, and did not skip a beat. Unlike most contractors, whereby days are missed, job gets delayed due to spreading themselves too thin with other jobs. None of that with Sergio, he was spot-on prompt with moving this job along as scheduled. My bathroom remodel also included a steam-shower installation, which took on extra diligence, but well worth it! It was different with Ammar of Kitchen Cabinet Express, Inc. After a brief introduction and a short discussion of our intentions, he got right to the point, walking with my wife, measuring and making notes and asking questions. What resulted was a reasonable estimate for the work to be done and a plan and drawings that exactly reflected our wishes. The deadline for completion was originally set for the middle of March 2026 but was completed two weeks early. Members of Ammar's team and contractors were professional, conscientious, and hard working. They showed up on time, accomplished what was scheduled for each day. As work progressed, we desired some minor changes which Ammar and his team were very flexible and responsive in accomplishing professionally and quickly. At every point - daily work and especially at the conclusion - the site was cleaned up immaculately and all detritus was hauled away instantly. Also, a great deal of care was taken to mask, cover, and protect the house, furniture, and existing fixtures from the dust and soiling that was occasioned by the remodeling work! This review is being written a month after completion as we wanted to take our time to let the "newness" wear off and appraise the overall experience. After this time for evaluation, we find the craftsmanship flawless, the cabinets and showers and baths installed beautifully and -- overall -- the incorporation into our existing home has greatly upgraded the whole affair. They also came and picked up the desk and delivered it back here as well... this was a risk for us because we had reached out to a handful of companies a couple years ago and looked at their work online and was just not happy with their work. I believe his pricing is very competitive, and the homes came out beautiful. Daniel is also very dependable, and does what he says and always wants to make sure he exceeds your expectations. When it comes to painting, it's all about…read morethe prep work, and they did not mess around, spending two full days to sand down, fill in and repair the wood. Plastic was applied everywhere to avoid paint on the windows, floors, etc. Just like the initial bid, very fair pricing on the extra carpentry work that was absolutely needed, including a total repair of the entry gate and surrounding structure (see photo), which other contractors said would need a complete replacement at many times the cost we ultimately paid for the repair, which ended up looking amazing. As far as the actual painting, done with great attention to detail, no drips or sloppy sections, clean and precise. Could not be happier with the finished product, and given the prep work, it will last years longer than your typical paint job.
