The following review is based on my personal experience with Loyl Construction…read more TL:DR version: Loyl is great, you won't be disappointed if you choose them for your project. We had a "3/4" home remodel, essentially everything except the kitchen. Our previous home stats were 3 Bedroom, 1.5 bath. On completion we have a 4 bedroom, 3 full bath. No additions were added to the home, we just finished the lower level and remodeled existing space. We had Soren as our project manager. Soren was great and very responsive to texts/calls. It is nice having a single point of contact that you can reach out to if you have any issues. Build quality from the sub-contractors Loyl hired on our project is excellent. Special shoutout to Tom and his crew (framer), Jackson and Martin (VerPlank Electric) and Marvin and his crew (paint). The plumbing crew also did excellent work, although I'm not sure of the company name. Our house required some special attention to HVAC. The HVAC company did their best to get everything right, and I thank them for it. Billing was straight-forward and based on progress milestones. I appreciated Loyl's approach to billing in my project, with billing only for what I could go down and verify was completed. There was absolutely no feeling of "shenanigans" when it came to billing. Overall timeline for project completion was extended due to several factors, some of which was on Loyl's end and most of which was on my end due to change orders. Overall, project timeline was as follows: Start: May, 2025. Final Completion, January 2026. Living in a home during a whole home or 3/4 home remodel is challenging, especially with children. Loyl was very considerate of this, and ensured that steps were taken to maintain a livable space during the project (i.e. Water down only for the workday, new furnace removed and installed same day, power only out during the workday, etc...) This was greatly appreciated during a project that forced all 4 family members to one floor. Final thoughts: If we ever remodel our kitchen, Loyl construction will be the first company I contact.

Id highly recommend buying or selling a home/real estate with Villegas group. They have a very…read morestrong support system, and responsive. They have a lot of knowledge regarding the trends and neighborhoods in the area. Dont use a realtor that puts a sign in your yard and simply lists it,,,,go with someone that actively markets your house, and that is Maria Keast at Villegas group. You wont be disappointed.

Absolutely awful experience! Will never go through them again and would never recommend them to…read moreanyone! Maria and Nicole are very unprofessional and unresponsive. We had an addendum written after home inspection asking for repairs to be done. Most of them were not even done at all, and others were done haphazardly, obviously did them themselves or cheaply without hiring a professional. Before closing I asked repeatedly for receipts of all repairs and didn't receive a single receipt. Home warranty was also supposed to be included, but the sellers got the cheapest policy possible which covered barely anything. Final walkthrough Maria quickly walked us through telling us everything was done. Upon move in it was realized that barely any repairs had been done and some of the appliances were not working correctly which were not covered by the home warranty so I had to pay for them out of pocket. On top of that had to pay $100 each for 2 service calls for a total of $200 for repairs to be done that were supposed to be done per the addendum, still working through the contractors waiting for them to be done after I already paid for the repairs myself to be done. This is now 5 months after I've moved in and they have still not been completed. I have repeatedly tried to reach Maria and Nicole and was told they would contact the listing agent to get me reimbursed. Since then it has been almost 2 months now since I was told that by Maria and Nicole and they are totally unresponsive, have not heard from them at all! I don't know how they can run a business like this and be so unprofessional! Beware! I wish I could give ZERO stars! The day of closing, Maria Keast actually sent me a link to post a review and asked me to give her a 5 star review!!! Are you KIDDING me??? How unprofessional! I can't believe someone would actually beg you to give them a 5 star review.

Eastbrook Homes should have been a 5 star experience. It's what they advertise, and what I trusted…read morethey would provide. Eastbrook homes let us down with our unscrupulous realtor, Kurt Suidinski. He was a 1/5 star experience. Kurt gives off terrible vibes because he is disingenuous, deceptive, and will say anything for a sale. He is greedy and has (point blank) told me lies that he later on denied. Come to find out after moving in, almost *everyone* has a Kurt story. Let me tell you, none of them are good. I think what I despise most about Kurt was how he disrespected me and low key bullied me/ gaslighted me when I challenged him on why he didn't cut my realtor in on her hard earned portion of the sale. I distinctly remember him telling me, "I should go home and have a glass of wine, and let the men (meaning he and my husband) handle this." When I queried if he was acting this way to avoid splitting the commission, I remember commenting on why his ears were turning beat red? I guess someone has blood pressure issues. Thank God, Kurt told me to stay out of it. My husband went to the Vice President of sales and got my realtor her commission. Thanks for leaving it to the men, Kurt. Great suggestion! Honestly, I was so disillusioned with Eastbrook as Kurt was the first point of reference, the newly hired interior designer was not very helpful. I basically picked out the whole house myself in 3 hours or less. It would've been fun to have someone to bounce ideas off of, but oh well. Chad, the building manager saved the day. I was initially leary thinking all the employees at Eastbrook were Kurt incarnate but Chad reassured me he was different. Chad lived up to his promise and gave *excellent* customer service. He's a nice and straight to the point kind of guy that is approachable, easy to talk to and genuinely wants the customer to be happy. He does a great job managing the contractors and has an eye for detail. Chad was a 5/5 star experience. Thanks Chad! If I could do it again, I would have found a different realtor. I hear good things about Jonah, he was kind on closing day and we appreciated Kurt's absence, as it made the closing a more joyful experience for us. Jonah and Chad could easily make Eastbrook a 5 star experience. Too bad Kurt got in the way with his dishonesty and greed. Oh well. The whole community at Lowing Woods has a "Kurt story" yet he's still working there. I suppose it's a good ole boys club and I should just shut up and have a glass of wine per Kurt's instructions. Ewww. Thanks to Chad, Jonah and the Vice President of Eastbrook that forced Kurt to do the right thing. We appreciate the 30 day paint touch up as part of the Eastbrook promise and the year warranty which we used to replace warping deck wood and a few other minor fixes in the house. We love our house and our community. Overall, happy to have worked with Eastbrook regardless of the rough start with Kurt. Avoid Kurt from the beginning and you'll have a much better experience. Good luck with your build!
