Very hard to get in communication with and he was terrible and contacting his clients to make the situation right. First of all, they surveyed the property wrong. They went out with the surveyor and told him where to mark the property. The only problem is that they were in breach of contract and essentially were trying to rip us off for about an acre of property. We settled this matter quickly telling them we were willing to take legal action. After that was settled we move on to terrible part of the whole thing. Lots of garbage and other peoples' belongings were left in the house as well as a shed full of their stuff. It took two weeks to get a response from him in regards to the sellers junk in our new home, which was never resolved and we had to pay for junk removal. Even Mark left his real estate stuff in the house, never even came to pick it up even after the house was sold. Never use this guy for your real estate needs.
