Well we pay for it with no signage and all the vacuums and air compressors were turned off!!! I told them I wanted my money back because they did not inform me of this or post any signage. I paid…read morefor the Titanium Wash expecting a premium experience, but the interior vacuum and air stations were extremely weak. The air pressure was noticeably lower than at other Mister Car Wash locations, making it difficult to clean even basic areas inside the car. What bothered me most was the customer service. When I politely mentioned the low air pressure to an employee, instead of checking the equipment or trying to help, he pointed the air nozzle at his arm, pulled the trigger, and told me it was "fine." It came across as dismissive and unprofessional. When you pay for the highest-level wash, you expect the equipment to work properly and your concerns to be taken seriously. Unfortunately, neither happened. I won't be returning to this location, and I can't recommend it based on my experience.

She has called and stopped by several times, and he keeps telling her that they are ordered. He keeps trying the whole "check is in the mail" approach. So, I finally decide that I would go have a talk with him. Once again, "oh, I just got them ordered and got a screenshot." I told him to call her, he said he was. He didn't, so 20 mins later I went back. He then said he still has to order them from Amazon. As if he didn't already tell me that he already ordered them. I have it all on video and he knows it.
