For the past 11 times coming in, they have had to give me a new sticker. They finally gave me a different type of sticker that they assured me would work. I am here 3 days later and it didnt work. When the associate wanted to put the 12th sticker on my car I said I am going to cancel my membership after going thru today. She got her manager. She came up to my window and immediately had an agressive attitude and told me if I wanted to go thru they had to give me another sticker. I said I am not going to renew my membership and to let me thru as my membership was still valid. She laughed and said we are not allowed to comp a wash. I said I am not getting a free wash because im a paying member. She said I can wait to get another sticker or come back tomorrow laughed and walked away. I said she didnt have to speak to me disrespectfully. She began to argue and called me a stupid old bitch and she said "now im not letting you pass"...I said you never were, you told me to come back tomorrow. I said I wanted to speak to a manager, she said I am the manager. So now I am sitting here waiting on the police. This is nuts. Not one person I have encountered here has ever been this disrespectful. Police came and told me that they have the right to call names do whatever they want to and that I needed to leave the property so basically the manager called me a b**** I just have never ever experienced anything like this before in my life anyone reading this if you go to this place your sticker probably won't work and you will have to deal with a bunch of 18 year olds laughing and acting like they're doing you a favor it is unbelievable to me that for the last 11 times I've been there they've given me a new sticker to put on my window after giving me a Scraper on a new car and then tell me today that it hasn't worked for the past six weeks because my membership was registered to a car I owned previously yet last Wednesday they told me that I was good to go with their old system in fact all 11 times that I've gotten a new sticker they said they have fixed it fixed the issue do not go here you will be sorry and to the 18-year-old manager that spoke to me the way you did, you are a terrible human being. To the 3 other employees that ran out to watch because you saw the cop talk to me...giving me "the bird" and laughing, I dont know how these kids are allowed to behave this way and get away with it. I specifically asked the attendant to make sure the oil filter assembly was secure, and I was told it would be double-checked. About 300 miles later, I stopped and found oil sprayed all over the underside of my car, with the vehicle smoking from oil burning on hot components. I brought the car to another Take 5 location in Quincy, where a technician inspected it and identified the problem: the oil filter housing cover drain plug had not been reinstalled during the Ocala service. Because of this, I had to stop my trip, get a hotel for the night, pay for a replacement part, and wait for the repair before I could safely continue driving. What makes this especially frustrating is that I specifically asked them to double-check the oil filter area before I left. I have photos, receipts, and documentation from the second Take 5 location confirming what was missing, and I am pursuing reimbursement through Take 5 corporate. Leaving a required oil-system component off after an oil change is an extremely serious mistake. I'm very fortunate I stopped when I did and noticed the leak before potentially causing major engine damage.

I arrived at the Pep Boys, 2170 NE 49th Ct Rd, Ocala, FL 34470 in Silver Springs for my 10:30 Appointment and found out my appointment was made at a different store in Ocala at 2425 E Silver Springs Blvd, Ocala, FL 34470. Anyway, the lady told me she would work my car in for the oil change so I left it there dropped my son off for his class at CF and returned an hour later to drop my truck off for service and take the car. They had not touched the car, even though there were two employees in the office and one actively working in the shop. I told them I could not wait any longer as I had to return my son's car to him. So, I took the car and drove down to the other Pep Boys at 2425 E Silver Springs Blvd, Ocala, FL 34470. Asked them to use my trucks appointment to service my son's car and they said they could have it done in 45 minutes to an hour so I left it with them and my wife and I ran an errand. Came back and same thing as the other store. They had not touched my car! And same scenario two guys in the office and two in the shop. I understand people get busy but don't promise what you can't deliver. I used to get good service from Pep Boys but not anymore. I have other auto Maintenance choices and Pep Boys is now off my list.
