She provided what seemed like every service option imaginable for both exterior and interior washing from a car wash with pamphlets, explanations thereof, the works. With that noted, I was mission driven and wanted only to have a full clean of the interior without any unnecessaries. She priced it out to something fair, set expectations of a handful of hours to include drying the cloth upholstry, etc. When I returned, the car was in immaculate condition, and Autumn was there to answer any further questions I had. The best service I've ever received from a car wash and is my new favorite car wash place.

The first job was terrible, dirty rims, leftover wax was all over and the car was not up to par, for paying that much money. Interior still had dirty seats and nothing looked wiped down. Went back the next day, and explained to the manager. Originally, I had asked for half the money back so I could go somewhere else but he said, "no." They all had bad attitudes, except for one dude that redid most of it. Subsequently, the buffer was used too aggressively and scratches were made and some of the clear coat was removed. Moreover, one of the workers cut a small tear in my back seat; I suspect because he was angered by having to accommodate me again. This car was a certified preowned car in outstanding condition. Was only purchased a few days prior. I am sure the damage was made there because there were no tears on my seats, as I looked before I brought it in the garage, and the worker, who's one of the supervisors, was taking a long time in that particular area, as I watched him from the other side of the garage; he kept glancing up at me. When I did the walk around, I asked him about it, he said it was there and I didn't want to argue. That day, I gave another $20 tip, so I ended up spending $160 for a damaged car. All the pictures weren't able to upload. I am shocked and amazed that this has happened to me. Nothing like this has ever happened before - Usually places stand by their work and don't have a bad attitude, when, clearly, they're negligent.
