Went to this car wash on a recommendation. Got my car washed, waxed and interior done for $120, plus $20 tip. Paid cash. Didn't get a receipt... The first job was terrible, dirty rims, leftover wax was all over and the car was not up to par, for paying that much money. Interior still had dirty seats and nothing looked wiped down. Went back the next day, and explained to the manager. Originally, I had asked for half the money back so I could go somewhere else but he said, "no." They all had bad attitudes, except for one dude that redid most of it. Subsequently, the buffer was used too aggressively and scratches were made and some of the clear coat was removed. Moreover, one of the workers cut a small tear in my back seat; I suspect because he was angered by having to accommodate me again. This car was a certified preowned car in outstanding condition. Was only purchased a few days prior. I am sure the damage was made there because there were no tears on my seats, as I looked before I brought it in the garage, and the worker, who's one of the supervisors, was taking a long time in that particular area, as I watched him from the other side of the garage; he kept glancing up at me. When I did the walk around, I asked him about it, he said it was there and I didn't want to argue. That day, I gave another $20 tip, so I ended up spending $160 for a damaged car. Always took our cars there over the last 3 years for the best wash, dry and service. Over the last few months, the prices have gone way, way up (almost doubled) and the quality of service has gone the other way. Took our car there today, 9/12/19, and they only seem to be interested in selling you the monthly wash option which may or may not include inside and outside - we found it depends on who you talk to (front desk, guy at the beginning of the line had totally different stories). Quality used to be outstanding - now it's awful. Car still had dirt blotches on it and the windows were "hazy" because of using dirty rags, even less than an hour after they opened (what....no washing machine??.....). Will never go back, as I can get a mediocre wash for about 1/4 the cost anywhere else. Save your money! read more

Danny's is a few large steps up from its previous owners () ... My beloved camaros ss was treated so well (I detail my vegicles) they cleaned inside the wheel wells armor all over everything, tire shine, windows, door jams, trunk, etc... The 39.95 wash was a great value for my camaro ss. As for my jeep, after going to TPC saw grass the undercarriage and fenders were muddy from the dirt parking lot. All of the associates took the action to pressure wash the undercarriage no questions asked... My new jeep ended up cleaner than when I bought it a month ago!! We went for the deluxe detail, it cost us $171. We were told about 2 hours Finally after 3 hours, we are told it is ready. Getting into car we noticed door jams were dirty. They cleaned them and blamed it on other workers. When we had a chance to go over it when we got home, we could not believe how much was not clean. Even there vacuuming was bad m.j floor mats were supposed to be shampooed, were full of dirt when I picked them up to put inside. Ac vents that were mentioned when we ordered, are still filthy. Still see unwhiped areas throughout the vehicle. Was not worth what we paid for. read more

Friendly but for a Saturday they have maybe four people cleaning insides of cars and for this many cars they need a lot more. Very slow service. I wouldn't recommend to anymore. Go to racewash by Publix and the health department. Got my car and asked if all the sand was out they said yes but the trunk was never touched brought back and their lead sales and manager are doing what should have been done but wasent. I am giving it two stars due to the lack of professionalism. Arguments amongst employees must be done at proper times NOT when you have a lot full of cars waiting to be serviced. Waited over 25 mins just for my car to be touched, plus the time that we have to wait for it to get its services , it is a complete turn off. I purchased a full service was and there was dirt on the wheels afterwards. I tipped my attendant And asked both him and his direct supervisor the lead attendant to get the dirt off. The lead attendant felt I was talking down to him and invaded my personal space and yelled at me not to talk down to him multiple times. This was a pretty big big African American ex military guy who made me feel very threatened. I made a complaint to the manager on duty and he immediately sided with his employee, but after he heard my side of the story agreed that the lead attendant was in the wrong. I have never given a one star review before, but a business who performs a subpar service and worse makes there customers fear for their own safety is completely unacceptable. read more

I bought a full service monthly pass for my wife's truck several months ago and of the 5 times I've been here 3 were awful service experiences. I will be cancelling my contract. I got "attitude" from the moment I pulled up to the full service lanes, telling me I needed to move my truck from the lane they directed me to. The vehicle was "cleaned" very quickly and on inspection it was obvious why. the wheels were still filthy, there were bugs all over the front and when i commented on it, while cleaning them myself, the attendant/manager made a quick swipe over them and then stared at me as if to tell me that was all he was going to do so i kept cleaning the truck myself, while he watched me not raising a finger to do the job i paid for.. When i asked him, very sarcastically i admit, if I was doing a good job, he had the gall to tell me he needed my lane for other cars rather than help do the right job to get me out of there. YOUR VALUABLES WILL BE STOLEN. THE EMPLOYEES ARE THIEVES AND MANAGEMENT ARE LIARS. Making a long story short, I took my car to get an inside detail and paid $80. My daughters Nintendo game system was stolen with a game in it, a $350 value. I reviewed the security footage with Jay who is the son of the owner and found that one of the employees had indeed picked up my daughters gaming system. Because they did not see him leave the property with the game system they could not accuse him of stealing it although the footage was clear that it was in his hands. He did not get fired and is still working there. I was told by Bobby, a manager, that I would receive a replacement gaming system. Now here it is a week later and I've been told that they are not going to replace the game. Had there not been evidence that my game system was not stolen I wouldn't be making this review. But for the fact that there is evidence that the game was stolen and the employee is still working there and nothing is being done about it I feel it necessary to warn future customers of Danny's car wash. read more

The up-sell starts the second you pull in, but they made it sound good so I agreed to a wash with interior detailing. Got my Jeep back with dirt still on the exterior and an interior that looked like it had been haphazardly swiped with a damp cloth. All that for only $85! Got up sold to a $40 "mini detail" that was described as "quick" but really good. 1 hour later I was like I have to go the inside is fine...and found about 20 bugs still stuck to the hood of my car. Sorry, I've never put in a bad review anywhere, but would've loved to have been forewarned. I was sold a different price outside then what happened inside. I paid for my car and my daughter's to be mega cleaned. They did my car and we waited as several other cars went in and out. My thinking was 'well, I'm paying extra to get her car especially cleaned, of course it's going to take longer.' My daughter kept going to the back to only see it sitting off to the side without any attention. Then, her car came out. When I was brought to my car- I was pressed for a tip. I thought tipping was an option and it's up to me to bless the person. Of course I always bring a tip. Then, I reached my car. Yuck! All of the vinyl had this slimy stuff that did not go away. My windows were clouded with smear almost like they used the same cloth on the previously filthy cars. My daughter's car. It was worse. Same tip pressure and slimy stuff. I signed up for the unlimited washes for a month on 9/14/19 and had my car washed. The sign said they would be closed on 9/16 & 9/17. I returned on 9/18 and they were still closed. Finally, on 9/20 I pulled in line for a wash under my unlimited plan. There was one car in front of me and it took quite a while for it to be processed. When it was my turn I showed the attendant my monthly pass sticker and he began to process my wash. Out of the blue a pickup truck raced into the car wash through the exit and sped up to the wash tunnel. The attendant then went over to that truck and served him first. I had been waiting almost 20 minutes at this point. When I confronted the attendant as to why he let someone in front of me he said the owner told that driver he could cut the line since he had a monthly pass too. I told him that was BS. I will NOT be renewing my pass and will not use them once my month is up. read more

I had my car washed here today & when I got home I found a huge scratch on the hood. I went back to complain & the manager said they couldn't have scratched my car because they only use cloths to clean the cars. I guess the scratch just magically appeared on my drive home! I drive up 5 days a week from Orlando. I did not research area car washes. I bought their super wash monthly with automatic debit. I asked to add a second car and here is where the trouble began. At register the cashier insulted a lady and after she left the manager and cashier laughed it off and said she was trying to get a free wash. I saw the whole thing and that is not true. Believe me or not the cashier tried to talk me out of exterior/interior for my second. I told him I'm a regular and know what I want. He continued to try and tell me what I should buy. The manager was there Ann had worse people skills than the cashier. I asked them to cancel both vehicles off automatic debit. I was captive over an hour to take me out of computer. I don't usually give reviews. but the service here is just to awful not to say it. so took my new car in for a full detail costing $96 after tax. to get rid of some stains in the seats and to clean them being my little one got sick in the car. now they got some stains out but not many and they left vomit on the car seat. how the fuck do you so a full detail and leave a seat with that on it? especially after having the car for two hours. after that the attendant forced me to tip him to get my keys back. Last 2 times my car was streaked & spotted everywhere. 1st time it happened I let it go. 2nd time it happened I returned to have them redo it. This guy Frank was rude, condescending, and sneaky. Tried to tell me all I could get was a basic exterior wash at no charge, even though I had paid for an ultimate wash with wax. It was an awkward & upsetting experience for me. I came here for the first time today and got the least expensive machine wash with vacuum. I brought my car full of hair from traveling with my beagle over the weekend. They got all of the hair out, with the exception of a few which is inevitable. Then apparently the machine soap messed up the shine a bit and as I was driving away one of the guys stopped me and asked if the car was like that before. I said I don't remember and honestly I didn't really mind it because it's an older eclipse. The owner came by without me asking and immediately said to wax it for me for free. I said I could come back but they asked me to move the car over and started waxing it really fast for me since I was on my break. They did an AMAZING job!! My car looks like brand new, better than ever before. Most people wouldn't bother to stop me and say they made a mistake. I decided to have my car waxed and they left spider webbing all in it I came back and ask them to redo which they did but they put a buffer on it and totally ruined my paint job on a 2013 car with 12,000 miles. I have called I have emailed and I have received no confirmation back they obviously don't care about my business or my vehicle. I currently work in Chicago and had left my 2012 Silver Honda Accord with my Dad over Thanksgiving for him to be able to drive up to Chicago this weekend for a visit. He took the car in for a inside/outside wash. After the job was done, whoever washed the car apparently told him that there was a dent/scratch in my driver's side door, and that for $20, he could buff it out. This was a new dent that never existed before my car was at this car wash. Guess who put that dent and scratch there? That's right, the dysfunctional employees at Danny's car wash. After my Dad paid the $20, the guy buffed the scratch out but the dent they put there is STILL THERE! I bought this car 100% clean for $17.5k about three months ago and I examine it every single time I get in it, so when my Dad called to ask me about the dent and scratch, I was furious. My wife just brought my miata back from the $50.00 deluxe wash. I have never seen such a horrible job. The front windshield was never cleaned which is the number one thing I hate to do,no armor all on front dash, the leather seats not vacuumed so of course not wiped down,wax spots all over the car. We dropped it off so they had plenty of time (1-1/2 hr) and also there is a little rain today so almost no others there. Very sad as cactus always did a great job. I've come here about 5 times to get my Dully washed. They have to do it by hand because there auto does not handle dual wheel trucks. They have gone from mediocre to awful. The outside was left with dirt all over and when I brought it to there attention they said they scrubbed it. I was talked into them doing the inside. That was a complete disaster. I used to come here all the time with both my cars, Friday 7/7/17 i had both cars done, me older car 2012 Lincoln was done OK. Then i brought my 2017 Acura RDX and the molding on the right back door had clamps broken and the rubber molding was loose and as long as you closed the door on top of the molding it was OK. We very rarely use the back door, but Friday night we picked up another couple for dinner, and as soon as i opened the door the molding fell loose. This afternoon i brought the car in and asked for the manager. A women came out and said she was the assistant manager, i explained what had happened and she informed that it was done there and there was nothing she could do about it. She was very arrogant and basically said too bad. I didn't expect anything more than sorry it happened and maybe a couple of car washes for my time and trouble. Worst $35 hand wash I ever got my truck and rims still had mud on them I'll never go back

Went here one day last week, after being tired of washing myself and i dont go to soapys anymore because they are horrible and half ass everything. I was impressed with the wash i received for the price. The service was above average and friendly. I can say ill be going back and encourage others to atleast give them a shot if you use soapys youll be impressed at the difference. The inside lounge area is very comfortable also. read more
