For the past 11 times coming in, they have had to give me a new sticker. They finally gave me a different type of sticker that they assured me would work. I am here 3 days later and it didnt work. When the associate wanted to put the 12th sticker on my car I said I am going to cancel my membership after going thru today. She got her manager. She came up to my window and immediately had an agressive attitude and told me if I wanted to go thru they had to give me another sticker. I said I am not going to renew my membership and to let me thru as my membership was still valid. She laughed and said we are not allowed to comp a wash. I said I am not getting a free wash because im a paying member. She said I can wait to get another sticker or come back tomorrow laughed and walked away. I said she didnt have to speak to me disrespectfully. She began to argue and called me a stupid old bitch and she said "now im not letting you pass"...I said you never were, you told me to come back tomorrow. I said I wanted to speak to a manager, she said I am the manager. So now I am sitting here waiting on the police. This is nuts. Not one person I have encountered here has ever been this disrespectful.
