I asked what was the base price for time worked and he said there was not one. However in the past a service call was 98 which included 1 hour. We'll he reset and replaced the blower. It ran for.2.5 days and everything stopped. Called the next.morning and he came out. It had working again and nothing acted like anything was wrong. That same evening it quit again. We were.cold despite using oven and space heaters I did not get much sleep. I went over and over the furnace unable to determine way it would not start. I got the info on the blower and looked it up. Found it was actually 150 dollars. Then thinking the furnace seems fine, no errors on the led I pulled the thermostat and checked for power. That was perfect. So I put a jumper direct and the furnace started and ran. Cycled it 4 times without incident. Tested resistance on the thermostat itself and.found was malfunctioning. Let it run for three days without a problem. I called the company and the woman basically provided an oh well. So it's pretty unlikely I Will be using them.

Mark showed up on-time and was very personable and professional. I know it seems trivial, but a clean pressed uniform, eye contact and a firm handshake mean something to me. I ended up signing up for the Maintenance Plan which has them come back twice a year because this is the type of company I want to do business with. Would definitely recommend True!

When people go above and beyond, they deserve the recognition…read more In all transparency, True Heating and Cooling had done previous work on our tankless water heater for the past couple years - mainly just a normal maintenance. All good work, but my quibble was follow up on some outstanding issues (mainly with a knocking noise that they didn't seem to get to the bottom of and didn't follow up) which led me to explore other companies - which unfortunately were no where near as detailed or close (actually most further) from a solution and I came them another chance and I'm glad I did. Justin helped work through some more detailed troubleshooting and provided a solid quote (detailed and quick) for solutions in a quick manner. He listened and cared. He was knowledgeable and thorough. While not only getting the issues I had resolved, was also able to resolve other code and safety issues that stemmed from the original install of the boiler. I would highly recommend True to others and will also recommend to other neighbors within my condo complex that have similar setups and might need work. Thank you both Justin and Logan - appreciate the work. (It's also interesting that they are not listed on Navien's website or BBB accredited; this is where I looked for contact information for service as they a) certainly can work / service Navien products well and b) should deserve to be accredited with BBB. Other companies that I've consulted were on both sites and didn't provide as good of service)

17MAR2026 5 stars…read more We just had a new heat pump installed. I am happy. The process was very smooth. It all started when I thought about replacing our 15-year-old A/C unit. Fifteen years is near end-of-life and I would rather replace at our convenience and not on a burning hot July day. I contacted B&B via the form on their website and they called back within 20 minutes. Frank (sales rep) came for a visit that afternoon. We discussed all the possible actions and both of us decided the best option would be a direct A/C replacement. The important factors were 1) our A/C unit was on the roof, 2) you don't save a lot of money ($50-80/year) by spending more for a higher SEER. Frank came back the next day with a quote for 3 options: direct replacement, 2) slightly more efficient A/C, 3) heat pump for a much higher list price. But, Carrier's discount and Xcel's huge rebate made the heat pump the cheapest option. We live in a duplex so we and our neighbors decided to both replace the A/C with heat pumps. About $6100 including everything. We did do more research--just to be sure. Scheduling was easy via emails (we had to coordinate 2 households) and B&B sends text reminders, etc. We paid via ACH because "A convenience fee of 2.5% will be added to any credit card transaction." They came on time as scheduled. The crane hoisted the new equipment onto the roof and removed the old. The crew was friendly and kept us informed about the process. Completed within 2 days. Manny provided thorough instructions on how to use our new system. 05JUN2020 4 stars I am happy. Excellent service. Our A/C went out on 28MAY2020. I called B&B and they scheduled us for a repair visit on 05JUN2020 (first date available). They sent me an email confirmation. They called the day before with a reminder. Marco arrived 1 hour and ten minutes early. He spent 1/2 hour here and replaced the capacitor and our AC is working. Yea. They sent me a PDF version of the bill 5 days later. $250 USD. P.S. No one gets 5 stars on first experience.

When I contacted them to come back out and inspect the work they already did, I was told they would charge me $140 an hour just to look at it. Instead, I feel completely dismissed as soon as another issue came up. I would not recommend this company based on my experience.

Wait times to connect w someone on the phone are longer. Today was supposed to be furnace service and maintenance. I've been waiting 3 weeks for this appointment.
