$200 to put your car on their lift and go for a test drive and no diagnosis, didnt even scan it…read more They were not completely transparent about this charge even after spending 35 minutes on the phone about all the requested diagnostics, including a stalling issue connected to the gas tank requiring a simple scan on a 1998 Camry. The tires were not the cause of the vibration at 70 mph only and when turning right and there is no clunking. The car is at a Toyota dealer now and the vibration has been solved without changing tires and the fuel and brake lines are normal. The front tires are reported to be at 6/32 and still good, but this shop doesnt even know how to measure tread depth. I walked into the shop after their closing time at 430 and Anthony was on the phone with no one working on my car which should have been ready for pick up. Nothing but frauds here. Never been so disappointed by a new shop, never again. Had to read the tire pressure label for them after finding out they didnt even put the right amount of air in the tires. Shameful.

If there was, my options were to rebuild, purchase used, or purchase new for a transmission, all of which are pricey options after sinking in money for the looking into it alone. His recommendation was to sell the car, which I did, and fortunately came out with a bit of cash in hand. I was quoted high and low for the job from many other shops but I chose this shop because it stood out in the best ways. I meet the owner as I was searching shops for quotes and stopped by early (9am roughly) met the owner, he had me feeling comfortable for he is a friendly guy. I told him how I have a 2018 Chevy Silverado with a messed up transmission he told me that he's very familiar with the brand and the showed that he's definitely knowledgeable and confident which other shops happen to lack. He on the spot quoted me for the best possible opinion with my truck's condition I liked that he mentioned a 3 year warranty on parts and labor for the job. He insured me that the truck would come in and would be done a week from the day I leave my truck. The price was absolutely reasonable for the hefty work load (5k). I had went to other shops they said they could try and address the issue directly and I could spend less but those people lack confidence in the work they happen to mention that they have only done one other Chevy prior and that it was difficult they lost me at that point. I have spoken to the dealership and they nearly quoted me for double the price with no close date or availability. This shops was the best bang for my buck the reviews brought me and and they absolutely delivered. I have been driving my truck daily since for a little over a week now and not a hiccup or tick or leak in sight they really did there thing. Picture going up a steep hill at 65 and needing acceleration to pass. I asked them to flush the fluid and change the filter as some recommended this at around 100K and I was at 90. It cost me 1200.00 to replace the pan and filter and then I got the news that I needed a new transmission for 10,200. I found WCT and asked Kyle to quote me a new or refurbed transmission. Instead, he questioned whether or not the transmission needed replacing. My cost for having my transmission fully diagnosed to find that it was a fine transmission with plenty of life left was a bit more than 1/10 of what the dealer charged me.

The invoicing was absolutely flawless and I was charged exactly what was quoted. In fact, I paid less than quoted, considering the extra repairs done as a military discount! The warranty is very considerate and generous, right along the lines with what the dealership itself offered.
