Food is amazing and the ambiance is super cool. We ordered the pull pork nachos. It has fresh jalapeños that are spicy, not that pickled stuff! My friend from Tampa and I decided to meet in Estero because we hadn't seen each other in forever. We looked in the area for a bar type place with good food and settled on Ford's. We got there around 2:30 on Friday. The place was pretty jammin by then. I liked the décor and the was the servers are dressed. It is something unique, as I don't have any of these restaurants in my area. Our server initially was Carter. He was awesome! We ordered Moscow Mules, pretzel sticks and fried pickles. The drinks were DELICIOUS! Carter says they use their own ginger beer and it is just really good. I got the Edison version of it but they have several Mules to choose from. The pretzel sticks and pickles were rally good, the perfect snack for drinking and chatting. We liked the Mules so much that we ordered a total of 4 more plus 2 beers. They have a good happy hour going on. It made the Mules $7.95/each and those bad boys are usually in the $10-11 range. They switched Carter to outside seating, and he apologized profusely. We almost decided to follow him outside to have him continue serving us but decided to just stay put. We then got Angela, who was pretty cool and a good server. The bathrooms are pretty cool looking, but for some reason the floors were slick, not like with water but just slick. Pretty darn good burgers here. I've had the bison a few times which is really good. Bison is hard to prepare, and they do it great. Others with us have had other burgers here and really liked them. Fun vibe, good service. We hit this spot whenever we're at the outlets. read more

We stopped in for lunch 6/16/21 They weren't busy but we still had to wait 10 minutes for a table. The server was very good, quick to get our drinks and take our orders. After 15 minutes or so she told us she'd check on the status, shortly after the meals arrived. My son loved his fried chicken sandwich - it looked delicious! My daughter loved her shrimp macaroni with melted cheese. My wife and me had burgers and they were excellent prepared exactly as requested. My son said he thought it was the best place he'd eaten on the vacation so far. I'd definitely eat at Fords again. This is a super cute place. Close to home for me. I think they close kind of early for the area, but that might be because it's at the Miromar Outlet. If I was reviewing Ford's Garage on food and ambiance, it would be 5 stars!! I give it four because of the lack of awareness the staff had. The bartender was great, but the host/bus boys didn't have the courtesy to communicate while we were obviously watching the end of a VERY intense football game. There were still 3-4 tables occupied and we were completely closed out and ready to go.. just waiting to see the last 5 minutes of the game when a guy turned the tv off. I mentioned something to him and he cut it back on, but it wasn't without an apparent attitude. Now, I get it. No one wants to wait for the last stragglers to leave the place. Maybe he had homework or something but there was literally 5 minutes left. So, my advice would be to not come here to watch a late game during football season. We took some out of town guests late on a Sunday night. Patty melt, California burger, brisket burger, two meatloaf. Onion rings. Buffalo chicken sandwich. The Buffalo is real. Wow. Its good too. This is a 3 1/2 Star restaurant. Between good and very good. It's part of a chain that is relatively new and we've been to a few other locations. This branch here is new to the outlet mall. It's not the easiest to find, but worth driving around til you do. We like sitting at the bar. As in the other ones like it, there is an iced strip around the inside bar edge where you can put your beers (or drinks) and keep them very cold. They're known for their burgers and that's what we ordered. The food was good once we got it. I'd asked for well done fries and as it was being delivered, I saw that they weren't well done so I sent them back to be redone. Once I got them they were perfect -- hot and crispy. I like the make your own variety -- you can build your burger with whatever you wish. I opted for the angus beef with mushrooms and no bun just lettuce. They also have veggie burgers. You can add your choice of veggies (lettuce, tomato, and onion are free) and/or cheese and/or other add ons (there's a long list) and even choose the type of bun or none at all. You pay separately for each added item. It's a good option for lunch and a better choice than the food court when at a mall. read more
