This is a popular spot in FM so we tried it twice and still no. The first time I ordered a salad and was very unimpressed, but since it's more of a burger joint we went back and tried a burger, still very unimpressed. The patty melt was dry and flavorless. FM isn't exactly a restaurant Mecca, but I'm not sure how this place has gotten the ratings it's gotten. The service was a bit slow, the table buser had the grossest fingernails I've seen and the food was just not good. Sorry to say, this was our second and last chance on Ford's garage. read more

Fabulous! Came with some friends of mine and had such great service with Christine. She was very polite. Took our drink order right away, returned with our drinks. Food order was taken quickly and came out to us fast. I ordered the onion rings and they were outstanding. I will always get onion rings here. Actually I'll never get onion rings anywhere but here! They're that good! Crazy insane good. I mean, why are you still reading this? Get yo butt done there. I also ordered the side Cesar salad which had a lot of fresh cheese on top. We were on a recent vacation to Naples we came across this restaurant while out shopping. We were both hungry and the reviews were good enough to check it out. Such fun decor!! From the handles on the door to the clamps on the 'work rag' dinner napkins...they thought of everything to keep the 'garage' theme! We ordered drinks, we both ordered mushroom Swiss burgers, my partner ordered baked beans and I ordered a Caesar side salad. Everything came out delicious. Three days later I had a big milestone birthday and we tried to find someplace to eat nearby to our Naples hotel. I wasn't impressed by many reviews, so my partner suggested we drive back out to Ford's Garage to celebrate. Perfect idea for me! The second time we got drinks, I ordered a regular size Caesar salad and Americana roadster, my partner got Ford's signature burger and baked beans. Everything was great! I've been here before and enjoyed the food, especially the Monte Christo, Today I ordered online for pickup. I got the Bison Burger and coleslaw, It was ready on time so a big plus there. But the burger was not as I ordered, nearly rare inside and so much BBQ it literally drowned out the taste of the bison meat which I was looking forward to. The side of coleslaw was nothing but shredded cabbage and no slaw dressing! The hostess was very nice and accommodating as I went in to pick up the food. Finally!! I guess it is true when people say the third time is the charm! I've been to two other Ford's Garage in other locations. Both times I ran into the same problem: they just don't cut their hamburger buns evenly. Two bites in and the entire bottom bun is a soggy disintegrating mess, sauce and grease dripping everywhere. But finally, on my third go at a Ford's Garage, I got a burger with an evenly cut bun. All you other Ford's Garages out there, y'all got to learn from this location! The burger here was well cooked with a nicely grilled patty. Interior was nice and medium with lots of flavor. The bun was even top and bottom and stayed fully intact throughout the whole eating process. The fried onions, lettuce, and pickles provided just the right amount of crunch. Long line, they took our names and number and said the wait was only 15-20 mins. Half an hour later we came to check on the progress. They sat another party mistakenly and crossed us off the list. They didn't even have the same number of people. We got seated and there were plenty of tables (no social distancing) but perhaps not enough staff to work them. Our waitress said they weren't expecting it to be busy. Sounds like bad planning. Holiday weekend at an outlet mall is sure to be packed. Mackenna took our order but then gave us the wrong beer. No explanation (until we asked and said the other ran out). Then we waited at least 20 more mins for food to come out. We tried to ask for the kids food first but she said it all came at once. The kids food was cold, so it was just sitting waiting for the other meals. There were some pretty aggressive flies that were attacking our table and the surrounding area.
