We had an order of edamame, chicken lettuce wraps and a couple orders of shrimp spring rolls. The lettuce wraps were our favorite of the items we ordered but we enjoyed everything. It was packaged up well and made it to our hotel smoothly, which we appreciated. I would not hesitate to order these items again in the future or perhaps try some others. Thanks for delivering, meeting our expectations, and filling our bellies, Bo Lings!

The noodles looked right, but they tasted like they were sauteed in seawater. I had to play line cook at home and doctor them with rice vinegar, fresh lime juice, and sugar just to mask the sodium down to an edible level. The egg rolls were huge and had an exterior crunch, but the filling was practically medium-rare. To top it off, someone completely forgot the pork. I even checked my receipt to make sure I hadn't accidentally ordered vegetarian by mistake. Massive portions don't mean much when the noodles eat like a salt lick and the egg rolls are missing the meat. Hopefully just an off night on the line, but a rough return to an old favorite.

This is an outstanding choice for quality Chinese food with large portions located in Overland…read morePark. I always enjoy coming here for the sushi, as they have so many great combinations that are fresh and dimensional. I normally get the Sexy Roll, but this time I tried the Hawaii Roll with seaweed paper instead of soy. The mango paired with both salmon and tuna takes the cake. I would've loved if the spicy mayo was an eel sauce, I feel like the flavor balance would've been more rounded this way. The service is outstandingly quick, as it took only around 5 minutes after ordering to get our two dishes. I remember it was this quick last time as well with more orders. We had the same waiter as before, as I remember his humor and welcoming nature. This location is always very clean and professional. The ambiance of Fortune Wok is casual dress in an elevated, moody setting, but the hostesses did stick out to us. All the workers are professionally dressed and they were in T-shirts and shorts, which seemed out of place for a mid-scale, quiet restaurant. As for fried main entrees, the flavor is full, spicy and crave-worthy. Sometimes the meat can be chewy, so this is the reason I took it down to 4. More consistency and I could easily see this becoming a 5.

We ordered three rolls. They were about on par with anything that would come from a grocery store. The rice Was not the correct texture, the fish was minimal, and the rolls were expensive for what they were (spicy salmon and California). Crab Rangoon and shrimp salad appetizers rolls were good... so anything from the regular menu is fair game. Just skip the sushi.
