if I could give MORE stars I WOULD! Just yesterday afternoon Thanksgiving Holiday weekend) I was…read moreout of town, driving north on I-95 about 20 miles south of Richmond when I got dashboard msg warning me of engine overheating & to idle engine immediately! Close to my overnight destination, I managed to 'limp' car there after a couple cycling stops for engine to cool. at 81 years old I became veryworries & anxious about what to do! Once i found & contacted Malcolm, he agreed to come out right away - in the dark, and in freezing temperature to help me out. And INDEED he did! He was able to identify the problem, fix it, & do a couple tests to make sure. He was truly a GODSEND. And this guy KNOWS his stuff! His fee was reasonable & fair - a great value. I HIGHLY recommend him!!!

I had it looked at by three different mechanics in Richmond area. All gave me a list of things that needs replaced. Each one's list was different things to be replaced. None of their suggestions sounded right to me. After looking on Yelp I found Mr. Kweleme. Mr. Kweleme replaced two of my vehicle's spark plugs and changed the engine oil and it fixed the issue. I also asked his opinion on the other things mentioned by the previous mechanics, and except one thing, everything else that was told by other mechanics was not necessary. Mr. Kweleme confirmed those parts are in good condition and explained why he thinks they need no replacement. I think Mr. Kweleme is also charges resonably. Thank you Mr. Kweleme!

Greg is awesome. This place has the vibes of a family owned shop and the integrity of one too. This shop won't just do a repair because you ask, they want to make sure it makes sense and you're not spending unnecessary money. This is the only place I recommend or take my car too now.

I decided to not take it back to them because it would only be worst. DO NOT TAE YOUR CAR HERE Kept my car for too long, consistently said it would be ready and then when I called they would give a different date (they never called me with an update) I left my car for a week with them, when I returned the car still wasn't ready and took an additional week, even though they said it would be ready upon my return. My car sounds worst than when I dropped it off, it now makes more noise like the screws are loose on my engine. My service engine light came back on after the supposed repair, that's what they were supposedly fixing, as well as my tire pressure light came back on the very next day. They are the WORST -- please let this review be a WARNING -- DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE *if you're reading this message after the fact, I go get your car now, if you can. Such a waste of time and money

Her…read moredrivers door handle had broken off and I called two dealerships and neither one could get her in for 3 weeks! I ordered the part from the dealership and Christian Brothers fixed it right away. I was a bit anxious since the part had to be ordered and then go to a body shop to paint and Ashley from CB was extremely patient with me and made sure they received the part from Hyundai and even called me the morning of my appointment to make sure I ordered all the parts for the repair. The mechanic Judson was very thorough; even the handle went on he wanted to make sure it was on tight and took the entire door off to reinforce it. I am so pleased with CB that I think my daughter should bring her car their for any maintenance and repairs and forget about the Hyundai Dealership. Also I thought their prices were very fair. Ashely was so kind to offer me water and gave me a rose when I paid. How nice is that?

Don't walk away . . . run. Unless money is no object. Consider this a Public Service Announcement…read more The facility? Very nice. Clean Bays. Looks great. The staff? Very friendly and courteous. Very nice waiting area and 'free' Christian Brothers branded water bottles. Most people understand 'free' things are not actually free . . . that includes the water bottles and 'free' courtesy shuttles. I took my 2010 Mustang there to have the rear brakes repaired - due to a frozen caliper. The 'Diagnostic Test' was $165, which I paid and then took my car out of there as fast as I could. The cost quoted for repair was ludicrous, so I asked if I could supply the parts (I am a former Auto Parts Manager, so am comfortable with this) - they said sure - the quote for just the labor . . . $631.91. Note - the book time for this is 1-1.5 hours. I declined and took it to another shop . . . $280 for labor and that is where the work was done. As mentioned in some other reviews, the 'free' (there's that word again) 'courtesy inspection' came up with every conceivable 'flush/fill' and things like Spark Plug replacement ("due to age of vehicle") even though I replaced them myself a month ago. Total for all the 'courtesy inspection' items . . . ready . . . ready . . . $8,255.59. How about a few more examples: Replace License Plate Light Bulb ($74.50) - I actually just took care of this myself before sitting to write this review ($15 for the pair and about 10 minutes taking my time), Replace Front Struts (parts cost $250 and labor book time 1.2 to 1.6 hours for both sides) . . . $1,456.38. Replace Cabin Air Filter (part cost $15 - labor book time 0.2 to 0.3 hours or 10-15 minutes) . . . $132. Replace valve cover gaskets (part cost $20, labor time 1.5 to 2.5 hours) . . . $632.20. You get the idea. Outrageous pricing . . . but the 'free' bottle of ice-cold water was excellent!
