The lack of care for the bird's social and mental needs was really troubling. I'm shocked that others said the owner seems to care about the birds - that is DEFINITELY NOT TRUE. I ended up getting my bird from a rescue, which is way more humane than buying a bird here. And they really educated me on what a bird needs to be happy and healthy. Please be a good human and don't reward this terrible store with your money.

Only deducting one star because their pet wash is absolutely filthy (albeit far less gross than pet food express whose staff only "clean" the tubs by spraying them with water for 15 seconds).
