I had gutters installed by Hampton that have never worked properly. After hiring him for roof repair he frauded us out of work. Terrible intimidation by Hampton and his lawyer have kept me from going to small claims court. Police were involved and case pending. Still heading to court because he ruined my house by stealing down payment for more work he never started. Terrible deceitful person to be avoided at all costs. Used this company to do my roof and gutters which he put up wrong...to short and I was having water coming into my doorway which damaged wood, and the concrete. Both of the awnings both fell down. I texted him, sent him a video and he did nothing. I wouldn't recommend anyone to use this company. Please check with the BBB about his accreditation and if you have any issues please start filing complaints with the Attorney General. He complained and had my original review taken down. We tried to have For Valor do our roof and gutters after a tree fell on our house. We were requested by Hampton, owner, to pay $2000 for supplies up front. They wouldn't schedule the work or obtain the supplies in a timely manner. They refused my husband's requests for a refund when we decided to go with a different company as we started to see these negative experiences others had reported. Hampton's manner was both unprofessional and untrustworthy. We have been trying to contact the business for a month now to obtain a refund. We are out $2000. read more

Working with this company has been nothing but a huge disappointment. I signed a contract with them in March 2025 for storm damage to my roof. They consistently missed appointments or failed to respond to communication with no attempt to reschedule or follow up until I reached out again. I told them that the roof was actively leaking into my bathroom and was ignored until finally in May the bathroom ceiling actually collapsed. Now the roof is leaking and my ceiling has a giant hole in it and there has been absolutely no change to the way these people are operating. Hampton, the owner, told me twice over the summer that my roof would be completed "next week" which obviously didn't happen. Hampton completely stopped responding to me at all on July 17th. Despite my reporting him to the attorney general, the county prosecutor and the BBB nothing has been done. Two weeks ago I was contacted by someone named Jason who claimed to have taken over for Hampton due to medical issues (which I believe to be BS since Hampton told me about a time he ghosted everyone due to medical issues the first time I met him, I know...giant red flag that I completely missed). Jason initially said that my roof would be completed "next week" which would have been sometime the week of October 27, 2025. Due to rain for the first half of the week the project was delayed. On October 29th, Jason reached out and that my project would start on November 4th. I heard nothing suggesting that that was not still the plan. That was yesterday and they still did not show and have not responded to any messages or phone calls this week. No supplies have ever been delivered to show that they do intend to actually show up. No apology for not showing up, no reschedule, nothing. no contact whatsoever. So 8 months after the initial damage was done I still have a leaking roof and a giant hole in my ceiling in the bathroom. Making things even more suspicious is the fact that when you google the phone number Jason is using, it comes up as aa roofing company in Texas. This could just mean that Hampton sold out and is no longer the "locally owned" company he claimed to be or it could all be a giant scam. I've given these people over $8k. I've asked for refunds and been ignored. Do not work with these people. read more

I'm so grateful to have chosen For Valor to do my gutters. It was right before the storm surge we had over the last few months. Hampton had informed me that he was going on vacation around the time we scheduled for the work to be done. Talk about 'DEDICATION'!
