I have been buying from For eyes optical for some years now and have always found the staff to be helpful and informative. Fonda, the associate serving me today was a cut above , offering friendly, knowledgeable service while guiding me through the insurance paperwork and product selection. she is patient and offered salient guidance in my selection as well. I can endorse this store and Ms. Fonda with confidence. read more

It was my first time here, and they were so welcoming. Dr. Joseph is very experienced. He listened to each of my concerns and gave me my test in a timely manner. Fonda helped me pick out my perfect pair. Angela was very friendly and got me checked in smoothly. Will definitely be back!! read more

I had a fantastic experience here, and I purchased three pairs of glasses that I love. Jessica is the store manager, and I was lucky enough to work with her. She helped me find frames that were both flattering and in colors that I feel comfortable with. I was able to take advantage of their black Friday sale, which saved me fifty percent off of everything. My experience with Jessica was five stars! read more

I went here for an annual eye check up and the doctor was very thorough and helpful. I did shop around for some new frames and glasses, but thought that the price was very overpriced. The staff were very nice and helpful. read more

The store had a great selection of frames and Fonda is very knowledgeable and professional. The process from picking out frames, going over my prescription and choosing the right lens for my specific application was very easy, THANKS to Fonda. I was referred to her by a very dear friend who has purchased many glasses from her. read more

I was not able to have my eye exam here because of insurance, but I was able to order my contacts through them. The lady who helped me over the phone was great and I was able to use my entire benefit. I used to go to For Eyes in MA for a number of years and my daughter still does. We have never had an issue with the offices. read more

Fonda and her staff are outstanding will be going back soon !!!! My friend Randee and her husband brought me here after they got their glasses read more

The woman optician that works there is extremely rude and unprofessional. She has no customer service skills. After a while i didn't trust that she would do a professional job when ordering my glasses. I decided to go elsewhere. I ask to see some price information and she got up with the paperwork and wouldn't let me write down how much the glasses would cost. Again, the woman optician that works there is horrible. I would give no stars if I could. The woman needs therapy. read more

Employees are rude, they usually keep you waiting. They incorrectly price they're products and act like the fault was on yours. They're very impatient. They constantly try to up charge you to get something you don't need. I could not more strongly recommend avoiding this place. Ricardo came off pompous and would not want to work with him. I can not express how poor of a provider this is. read more

The woman that works there is extremely rude and unprofessional. Customer service does not get back to you. I wouldn't even give this company one star but in order to write a review you have to. There are so many other eyeglass places available... I would go elsewhere. Again, the woman that works there is horrible. read more

Please beware went there last year and and a good experience this time, I was totally overwhelmed not so much with the eye glass side but with the optometrist side he was very nice but I was given paper with no explanation was expected to insurance to cover entire than after bill was told I owed 29.99 for photos of my eyes what the heck why would I want to pay for eye photos have been there for the last years this never happened now this!! Oh heck no I'm I'm no predicament to pay for this and although it wasn't explained here we are!! Shameful I won't be back this is just not right!! Please beware if using this bussiness make sure all paper wk would be explained. As the person behind the counter has no clue on customer service. read more

WOW...my experience here has been nothing short of a joke. Today is 4/30/21....I ordered 2 pairs of glasses on 4/6/21. I got one pair on-time thankfully (that's the second star - I know only one, I can't give zero and i would on this one for sure). I was told a week, maybe 10 days for the initial order. Then I was told when I called asking about the whereabouts of my 2nd pair of glasses that someone would call me in an hour. No, that didn't happen. Not even the next day....I had to call - I was then told that at the end of last week my glasses would be there last Friday. Then I was called (they actually called) and they said it would be today instead, not last week. At that point, I really didn't care. Unfortunately, another broken promise as my glasses still are not here. And when I called today to ask (they were short-handed according to Angela) if my glasses were ready, I was treated with anger, stress, frustration and overall rudeness by Angela. I know work or life can be hard, but don't take it out on your customers. I live in the neighborhood and was looking for a place to spend my HSA $$'s, but never again. This place is awful. read more

I did not have a good or even ok experience here. The doctor was condescending and rude. The staff was very behind with no apologies. Then, when I asked repeatedly to be taken off of texting and email lists, they did nothing. Unacceptable. read more

I have thought long and hard before posting this review but I feel this could have been handled differently. Took my mom here for glasses since they were right up the block from me. HUGE mistake. The special they show is what we purchased and of course a few upgrades which we agreed to but felt it was still a good deal since she was getting TWO set of glasses for a great deal and insurance paid for a certain percentage. Waited over TWO weeks for both sets and one set was damaged. They obviously didn't check them. They said they could repair them. After another 3 weeks of waiting and calling i realized they weren't doing what they said they would do and I requested a refund for the set I never received which took about another 14 days to finally get someone to agree to this. They then shorted the funds on the return although they collected from my moms insurance company. They said the special was for TWO pairs!!! BUT! They failed to provide the 2nd pair ordered but made it our problem anyway. My mom is on a fixed income like most seniors and insurance limits to how much is paid for this item and Four Eyes clearly took advantage of ones time and money. This was beyond frustrating and inconvenient. read more

I thought the optometrist Dr. Joseph did a very thorough and accurate eye examination and would recommend him. Their selection of frames wasn't that extensive or varied so I ended up buying them somewhere else. read more

Best eye doctor I have ever had. I was looking for a new eye doctor because I had such a poor experience at my previous. This doctor is kind, thorough and explains in detail everything. Finally, found Dr. Nicholas Krevatas at For Eyes in Deerfield Beach. For those of you looking for him from his previous location at Sears in Pompano Beach, he is here! Dr. K is one of the kindest, most thorough and caring optometrist I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. My family and I will always see Dr. K for all of our needs. I would highly recommend him as a doctor. He takes his time with each patient, extremely knowledgeable! Thanks Dr. K for taking care of us. The staff were all pleasant and helpful! read more

Dr. Krevatas is amazing! My family and I have been seeing him for more than ten years and there is no other doctor that compares to him and his wife. They were the only doctors that discovered the beginnings of my glaucoma and thanks to their treatment it has not gotten worse. He is caring, thorough, attentive, kind and truly makes you feel important and respected. He is the best eye doctor and if I could give him 10 stars I would! Thank you for everything Dr. Nick! read more

I needed to set an appointment for an eye exam so I could use my vision benefits before the end of the year. I had called several optical places and all were booked or only had appointments in the middle of the day . I called For Eyes and they were booked as well but managed to get me at 4:30 on NYE. Dr. Krevatas was very thorough and took his time and explained everything to me clearly. He also told me my previous prescription was too strong, and ill fitting. When my exam was complete, I worked with Jason the store manager to decide my options on glasses and or contacts. Jason reviewed my benefits and helped me determine how to get the best bang for my buck. They have great deals on glasses too. (Definitely better than America's best who I used last year.) I wound up getting two great pairs of glasses for just a little more than I paid last year for one. I also ordered the contacts. I was very pleased with the overall experience and will continue to go there for my vision needs. I have already recommended them to several of my friends. read more

Dr. Krevatas is the true meaning if a real doctor. He truly cares about his patents. I called his office and gave them the symptoms I was having. He called me personally to have me come into his office immediately. I had a torn retina and had it not been for Dr. Kevatas, I would be blind today! He is a true gift to the medical society! read more
