The first time they clicked on the wrong lense shape in theot drop down menu when placing my order. When I came back with my frames, the new lenses didn't fit and then they try to insinuate that I must have brought in a different pair of frames rather than admitting they made a mistake. The second attempt, they measured my I focal points with this plastic measuring tool. But the tool wasn't centered the focal points were way off center. The 3rd attempt they said " its only off 1 mm. Take it home and see if your eyes will adjust to them" My eyes did not adjust to them. They asked me if I wanted the anti-glare nighttime feature but failed to tell me that that coating would reflect a pink tinge.. The pink tinge reflection defeats a whole purpose of getting non reflective lenses. The new optometrist seems to be thourough but they don't have equipment to rest field of vision. I cannot recommend them

My wife and I truly enjoy going to the eye doctor visit because he makes it such a wonderful experience. Recently, the new ladies in the front have been wonderful and in particular one of the technicians who does the eye scans, Tim, has been excellent! Additionally, a pair I picked up last week were made wrong and I haven't been able to get the issue addressed. This issue cost me a lot of money because I had to go to a new provider and get my glasses made there until this operation reopens their doors. It would be one thing if patients were notified in advance and still chose to do business with them but that's not the case. Craig is always insightful and Isabel never turns down a project to help fix broken frames. I stepped on my frame, and they were mangled but she used her time and patience to mend them back to brand new. Don't forget to stop by and take a look at the frames at an affordable price. She is exceptionally rude and quite frankly, if I didn't have such a great experience with Patricia and Giselle, I'd never come back. This is a luxury eyewear store so I expected to be treated as such. Especially since I dropped over $840 on a pair of glasses here, after insurance. I work in the customer service industry and have for the last 13 years and as a manager, I'd want to address this behavior immediately so that it doesn't deter business. It takes very little to look up from a computer to greet and make eye contact with paying customers who are needing support. I had to do a U-turn. It was still a little confusing because there isn't any signage that tells you that the first entrance once you make the U-turn is where you need to enter. They're doing construction at the hospital which makes it even more confusing. I finally made it and entered the building. Their office is on the 2nd floor. I got checked in and filled out the required paperwork. They were concerned that my retina detached but after viewing the images that were taken, that didn't happen. Dillon, who did the images of my eyes, was very personable with a great sense of humor. The female doctor whom I saw (I don't remember her name) was also fantastic. She got an eyeball to show and explain what was happening with my eye. I was there for about 3 hours which seems like the average time that I've spent at my regular eye doctor's office.

The waiting to be seen was not long for me; however, the exam took a few hours. I was taken from room to room to floor. The staff was great. Everyone was pleasant and helpful. I got a full explanation from a doctor and options. I recommend this place. I got to meet the famous Dr. Rand by the elevator and that was so cool.
