Been using Looking Sharp since they opened. Dave the owner is knowledgeable and a real nice guy. Both my wife and son needed glasses but already had prescriptions, so Dave let me pick a few to take home and let them pick their favorite. I don't know if it's because I work in the same shopping center or if it's a normal policy, but it made my life so much easier. I scheduled an eye exam for myself and had my glasses the next day because the frame I picked was a special order. His selection is huge, and can get it in if he doesn't have it. My husband and I have shopped with David at Looking Sharp for years now. The selection has always been prime, the best frames, newest styles, and huge variety. Even when we're out of town or see a frame we like, we call him to see if he has it first. He is knowledgeable, friendly, efficient and honest. The store is user friendly and is always a fun place to stop into and browse the latest fashion in glasses- both sunglasses and prescription. Recently, needing an eye exam and a new pair of prescription lenses, I made my appointment with their in house doctor, Dr. Scott Brown and was able to get in right away. Dr. Brown was hands down the most thorough, knowledgeable and friendly optometrist I've ever met. He was patient with all of my questions and informative about explaining what my eye needs were. I've been going to Looking Sharp since 2015. Working with David is a pleasure. He happens to be one of the few optical retailers that is willing to replace progressive lenses on silhouette frames as he has his own equipment for drilling the holes. I had my lenses replaced in 2018 and noticed recently that there was some cracking in one lens. David had my glasses back within a few days and no questions asked. I needed repairs on two pairs of sunglasses, both out of warranty. David helped as soon as I walked in his store and made the repairs (one pair better than the original). I just had cataract surgery the day before and needed the corresponding lens from my existing glasses removed. I called this store, explained the situation and that I did not have a Florida optometrist yet. I was welcomed to come in. Christa and David could not have been nicer. They know what customer service is all about and I wasn't even a customer yet! David popped out the lens without charge and indicated he would also have put in a clear lens without charge but he did not have one that would fit.
