These guys took care of me quickly on a busy Friday afternoon, when I got a flat tire while driving a bunch of kids back to Sacramento from a school camping trip. They couldn't have been nicer, and repaired my tire for free when they could easily have just tried to sell me a new tire, which I would've absolutely bought just to get home. They were professional and kind, and even let me charge my dead cell phone. In an age of abysmal customer service, these guys were so so lovely to encounter.

Jonathan helped me, and even though my tires were still in good health, he mentioned that a level five tread might not be ideal for snow or heavy rain when driving in the mountains. Especially, because the tires I owned were not meant for icy conditions anyway. I just got a job in Nevada City and commute quite a bit. I don't have much experience driving in the snow. Jonathan helped me narrow down my tire choices based on what would work best for my 2WD truck. I visited other tire shops in Grass Valley and Auburn to compare prices, but they all tried to steer me toward additional tire options that had worse reviews online but were in the same price range. Two locations even gave me quotes over the phone for the tires I wanted but then changed the price once I arrived at the store. Or said "you need to add the warranty if you get these" which added $150-200 dollars even though the warranty still meant paying $70-100 if you do need to replace the tire. So, I went back to America's Tires. All the employees were incredibly helpful. I truly appreciate the honesty and great customer service at this location. If you're looking for a tire shop you can trust, go to this location!

I stopped in Auburn and called four different tire shops, but every single one told me they couldn't fit me in until at least the next day. Frustrated, I called The Tire Depot, and they told me to come right down. When I arrived, they already had six or seven cars outside with guys working on each one of them, but they still took my car in immediately. The team quickly inspected the tire, found the nail, and first tried a plug. When that didn't hold, they pulled the tire off and patched it properly. From start to finish, I was out of there in about 30 minutes, and the repair only cost $30. Absolutely amazing service--fast, friendly, and honest. I can't recommend these guys enough! Also, they were kind enough without even asking to go around and check the air pressure in all three other tires. I thought that was outstanding service.

The team there did a superb job from appointment setting to completion. We were fortunate that they happened to have on hand another Honda CRV wheel available that had been powder coated so we could see the actual color and texture when it would be completed. I would be remiss if I didn't note that our in-laws, who purchased a 2025 CRV similar to ours shortly after we bought ours, brought their car in the following week to have their wheels done, as well, and they share our sentiment that this was a great investment. We couldn't be happier. Well done!

Had the bad tire filled with air yesterday- well, went flat last night. So now, went to les Schwab in Auburn- over the phone, they said to come over, it can be fixed with a plug and there's no charge. Well, after an 1.5 hours waiting- they told my husband it wasn't fixable- over the phone my husband said we're not ready to buy new tires yet since the tread wasn't bad and just want the plug. After waiting for a while, they finally started on the car but wouldn't plug the nail hole nor put the original tire back on. The manager and head guy came out- my husband told them calmly repeatedly that we're not buying a tire yet but to please put the tire back on so we can leave! Huffing and puffing, finally they put on our spare tire, threw the original tire into the back and we drove off. Went down the street to tire repair, the one in front of grocery outlet- guess what. They said "no problem -come back in a hour!" So how come, Les Schwab wouldn't do what were asked and yet another establishment did it without any doubt! My husband will not return to Les Schwab anymore for any of his car business! The other couple at the Les Schwab said he dropped his car off at 8am- was told it will Be ready in 2.5 hours; he did errands and by 1:30 his car wasn't even looked at yet! Incredible!
