More like Underclass and old piece of junk!!…read more We should have seen the red flags when we scheduled to meet with the company rep to specifically see the limo, sign the contract, and make a deposit. We drove all the way to their offices to be told the limo was not available. What? We should have walked away at that point but went ahead and booked the black limo, paid the $500 fee, and signed the contract. Bad decision!! On the day of the event, which was to drive us to Dodger Stadium for the Paul McCartney concert, which was also part of my birthday celebration. The driver (Chris) called to get the address of our pick up location, which was already on the contract. We could barely understand what he was saying because of his very strong accent. The driver arrived at the pick up location and we got into the limo. The limo was old, nothing worked, and it had no ice or drinks as previously requested and promised. I had to get ice from my house to fill the car's ice buckets. The sound system was cheap (definitely not Upperclass)and I asked the driver to help me sync my IPhone but he didn't know how to work the system. I spent half the drive to the stadium trying to pair my IPhone but it never connected. This was time I should have spent enjoying myself. I finally gave up and put on the radio. Upperclass? I think not!! It doesn't end here!! I specifically told Chris that I would call him 1 hour prior to the end of the concert so he could make his way back to the limo pick up location and did with a follow up text. After the concert was over, we proceeded to walk to the pick up location where all the other limos and drivers were waiting for their clients! Not ours!! This dude was still on Sunset Blvd making his way back to the stadium. Upperclass Service!! Definitely not!! Me and my friends had to walk all the way down Vin Scully Ave to Sunset Blvd where we finally met up with him. Listen to me very carefully Mr Upperclass!! There's nothing UPPERCLASS about your limos, service, or drivers!! Your company is a SCAM!! Be warned people, go with another limo service!! This one will fail you and spoil your special day!! The hospitals generally do not seem to care what American Medical Response charges their patients so you must get involved in making your choice for medical transport. in this case, San Dimas Community Hospital arranged for the transport, again, non-emergent, without giving us an option to choose another more reasonable priced transport company. in the case of non-emergency transport call ahead to multiple companies and get a cost quote. The fees that they, American Medical Transport, charged us for a total time commitment by their ambulance of less than one hour came out to several hundred dollars a mile or over two thousand dollars for an hour. We have had other experiences with their competitors wherein we were charged a small fraction of the cost for much longer distance and time commitments. There are good honest medical transport companies out there so there is no reason not to choose someone other than American Medical Transport for your non-emergency medical transportation services. Beware, avoid and spread the word about the exorbitant amounts charged by American Medical Transport for simple short non-emergency medical transportation.

So a confirmation means nothing to this company, if they get a better offer, they'll take it and leave you high and dry. They tried to use the excuse "well we were texting you all morning (from an unknown number that went to my spam folder) to try to confirm". Never once was I told that if I don't respond to a text fast enough they'll give my limo away I *paid a deposit for*. If there's any response here, they will likely lie and try to say they had no choice because I didn't respond fast enough to text messages, but this company is run by liars. I have attached all the proof that I responded fast to the email, that I was told I had until 5:00 pm to confirm, that they mention *none* of this in the TOS when I booked. The bottom line, if they can get a better deal, they will screw over their wood be customers. Unfortunately, it rained on our wedding day so the roads weren't favorable. As we were approaching our reception site, instead of dropping us off as close to the venue as possible, our driver stopped on the side of the road and in front of a puddle. Some of the bridesmaids and groomsmen stepped in the puddle, and my wife's dress got dragged in it. Not to mention, we had to walk quite a distance in the rain to get to the reception. Keep in mind, there was security at the front gate available to guide us into the parking area closest to the entrance, but our driver didn't bother to ask me if we were able to enter the venue or look for staff members to guide us. He just parked and told us "sorry there's a puddle watch your step". It was very unprofessional and quite frankly disrespectful to leave us that way, especially in the rain. Anyone considering their services, I recommend to make sure you're taken care of from beginning to end. I would hate for anyone to experience an ending like our bridal party.
