Used services a few times several years ago while in LA, however, have been unable to reach them the past few times I've been in LA. Have called in advance of my trip and no response. I've moved on to another service provider. Giving only 4 stars based on responsiveness - otherwise would have been 5. read more

Had a Groupon for round-trip LAX transpo... this company does NOT disappoint. They are great at following up - calls, emails, confirmations - you are secure and KNOW they are coming to get you. I was picked up (both trips) in a lovely Jag with a wonderful, friendly and professional driver. Couldn't be more pleased with the service. Highly recommend! read more

Opulent Transportation - Gorgeous & comfortable van. - Limos Near Me - Los Angeles, California

Amazing Service!!! I used Opulent Transportation this past Saturday for my husband's birthday. The service was amazing! First of all, our drivers weren't just on time, they were early! Our drivers were very professional and treated us like VIPs. Making reservations with Cleo was really easy and she was so sweet. I made last minute reservations and still got the best deal. I'm so glad I found Opulent Transportation and highly recommend them for any event you have. I will definitely be using Opulent again! Thank you guys! read more

Roger Willis, President of Opulent Transportation is the mastermind behind his business which he runs with his mom, Opal. Stellar service! They are a spectacular team, with exceptional service, on-time (everytime!) to get you to your destination in style, class, with amenities, snacks, water, whatever you want! And he plays the best music around town! (Like my favorite, Motown!) My whole family is dependent upon Roger & Opal to get to our destinations with faithful, punctual service. This dynamic duo outshines any other transportation service. Very, very professional, hospitable, congenial, on-time service. Most importantly, Roger is a superlative driver. He has a great personality and he is such a gentleman. Love this company! So will you! read more

Roger is awesome with very nice professional and nice service, He gave notification the day before he pick up us, he was in place on time with everything we want like Water, car seat. At last but not at least, he offered cartoon channel to our kid which make him stared and finally fall sleep, Great job!! Thank you!Rodger read more

Professional, On Time, Clean Car, Good Price. Handled everything over the internet from my phone while In France - didn't have to talk to anyone. That is a feature, not a bug. Will use again. read more

To say that Roger Willis is awesome would be an understatement. He is the only person I trust to get us to and from the airport on time and in style. He is incredibly friendly and professional, and provided prompt service (even at 4am!). The feeling I have, knowing that we are 100% secure in our travel plans, is worth paying slightly more than for a shuttle service. With Roger, you know you're in good hands. Highly recommend! read more

Worst experience ever. The way out was perfect but the return was a nightmare.. The reason I booked a towncar was to destress my getaway with my husband. I paid $129.00 ($89 + $40 for milage ) for their horrible service amd i need to share this with you so no one makes that same miatake. We returned from am exhauting sleepless 5 days in Las Vegas to find the driver wasn't waiting at the airport for our prearranged pick up. 30 minutes of calling emailing and texting from myself and my husband before we get a response. Then excuses . Then another 40 minute wait before a driver arrives to pick us up. No towncar for our return but a Buick with poor suspension for a bumpy ride in a less than classy car.. The driver expected us to walk to where he chose to pull up at the airport and bring our bags to him. Not difficult but I paid for this service and expected "opulent " service. Not once did they offer to make this right or compensate nor offer a discount for what they admitted was their fault. I will never use this service again. Also i plan to report them to the BBB, file a complaint with Amazon Local deals and let everyone I know what terrible service this husiness offers. read more

We used this service for the first time a few months ago based on a deal we found and LOVED the car service. I live in Pasadena and getting to/from LAX can be quite a hassle. The scheduling process was easy and ROGER was a great driver (friendly, professional) and drove a nice and comfortable vehicle (even had candy and water waiting for us). I have since purchased two more deals (lucky to have found them) and have shared the company with my friends in the area, so it was time to write up a review on yelp. Leaving for another trip next week and will be calling Opulent Transportation for our next ride to/from LAX. Worth every penny! read more

I love working with Opulent Transportation. Cleo is just a darling over the phone, so professional and warm. I have used their services twice and both times I had the good fortune to have Roger as my driver. He was prompt, early in fact, and the car was immaculate. We enjoyed good conversation about sports and he had some amazing music playing softly. I am getting ready to book 2 more with them; a birthday evening out and a trip to Staples Center. read more

I purchased an amazon voucher for a round trip pick up and drop off from my house in Glendale and everything from booking with Cleo to the drivers showing up on time (5am) and txting me beforehand were wonderful. The cars were great and the music was awesome too :) Thanks Roger!! read more

My new go-to in LA - excellent service. great rates. comfortable, luxurious cars.

A professional and priced-right transportation service. Our driver, Robert, was a pleasure to work with. On time, helpful, and polite. A five-star recommendation! Will definitely use them again, and share with my family and friends! read more

Wonderful, professional, courteous service! Roger, Cleo and their associates are top notch! I will be a loyal customer from now on. Honestly, I'm so thankful to have found them! If you are in need of a car service in and around Los Angeles, please use them! You will not be disappointed! read more

If I could give them 10 stars, I would! Top-notch service, on-time arrival, comfortable ride...all with a smile. The whole process, from reservations, to pick-up and drop-off, was very smooth and pleasant. We highly recommend Opulent Transportation. read more

Mr. Roger remembered me from last trip ---he is simply most excellent... Water, candy, great conversation and a smooth/comfortable/safe ride are all I need to get to and from the airport in crazy LA traffic. I look forward to his services in the future and booking with Ms. Cleo read more

On June 1, 2015 and June 7, 2015 we needed transportation to and from the airport. Opulent Transportation is the best service I have had. Roger (driver) was the nicest person. He was very patient with me and the questions I had for him. Roger was very professional looking, prompt and courteous. The van was really nice. It was also roomy enough for all of us and our luggage. Anytime I need transportation again I will be calling Roger at Opulent Transportation!! Thank You Roger!! read more

Great customer service from Opulent Transportation. Our driver, Roger was great! He was on time for our roundtrip to LAX. We received a text before each pickup confirming his arrival. All we had do was sit back and relax. We will use his services again! Hi Roger, I hope your Raiders bring it this year. You know my Cowboys will! :) read more

Opulent Transportation offered a deal on Amazon Local for round trip transportation to/from LAX for $89. We bought the voucher, then followed the instructions to redeem it. We left a detailed message on their voicemail as requested. They never called back. I then sent an email to them with the details of our flights to arrange for the pickup/drop off. Again no response. I called another phone number on their website trying to arrange the ride. A week later, still no response. I called Amazon Local and got a refund for the voucher. read more

ROGER IS THE MAN! Got my family and I to our cruise ship on time and in style. Couldn't recommend him enough. Would give 6 stars if I could.

Have used Opulent Trans many times in the past few years and each time have been pleased and satisfied with their service. Roger, Cleo and their team of drivers have always been professional, courteous, efficient and very pleasant to work with. They have exceeded my expectations and take the stress out of driving in L.A. I highly recommend them for all your transportation needs. Thanks Roger for a job well done! read more

I got a great deal on Groupon for round trip airport transportation. Booking was simple and painless. But here's the best part. On the day of my return, I changed my flight and was going to be returning more than FIVE HOURS earlier than originally booked. I called Cleo as I was about to board my flight in Florida, and she told me she would work on making the change. Before my flight was even half over, I had an email (thanks to in flight wifi) saying not to worry, someone would be there to pick me up. Thanks Opulent for making my vacation so easy. read more

Professional, reliable and prompt. I would definitely use again and recommend.

I had a Groupon to use this for LAX round trip transportation, and was really pleased with the service. We got texts to confirm pick up, Roger, our driver, was on time, and was a great driver. Music was nice, he was pleasant to chat with, and both cars (we had different vehicles for each trip) were immaculate and comfortable. This will be my LAX ride next time as well. read more

We've used Opulent twice now. The first time, upon our return, LAX was jammed. But Roger was on time and found us in the chaos. The second time we were leaving on a holiday weekend and the freeways were jammed. Roger navigated surface streets and got us to LAX in plenty of time. The cars are always clean and water is provided - a thoughtful touch after an overseas flight. Roger is a very nice man with an excellent knowledge of how to get around LA. We will definitely use Opulent again!! read more

Roger was great. I didn't get our return transportation booked for the next morning and he took care of it for us, returning at 5:00 am the next morning to take us to the airport. I highly recommended this company. We used opulant for all of our trips to and from the airport on our recent vacation and they were always on time and helpful. Great driver. read more

The best way to travel to or from the airport! Cleo was so very nice and made booking as easy as can be. The ride to the airport was beyond our expectations! We chatted, we laughed, and had a marvelous time with our exceptionally kind driver. Our experience with Opulent could not have been improved - way beyond five stars! read more

Never, never will I use this service again. Not only did it take 3 phone calls (after 2 incorrect emails to confirm my reservation for roundtrip to LAX) to get everything straight..... Seems it was just toooooo complicated to figure out when one is picked up at 9 PM and leaves at 12:15 AM, that is not the same date. And then one arrives at the airport on the return flight at 12:49 AM that it is also another date than when I left Miami at 9pm the evening before arriving early at LAX shortly after midnight. Then trying to charge me an "after hours rate" after the 2nd email that was incorrect, but they said that was i n "error".Anyhow, the biggest and worst issue was they were not there to pick us up on our return. The driver had told us to wait outside of baggage pickup and he would be there. I told him the email instructions said that I was to call the number provided. "No need to do that. We have all your information". So when our plane arrived 9 minutes early, and we only had carry ons, we were in front of baggage claim before we were expected to be there. But no driver or sedan to pick us up. And after 7 phone calls to a recording, which stated that if no one answers, for us to call "the office number", (who believes there is someone at "the office" at 1 AM in the morning ?) when I was totally positive he was never showing up I called that office number about 5 times ! Finally someone answered the "office" number and told me "he was there, we're not coming back, take a cab" and hung up on me! Do not use this service under any circumstances. There was another couple with 2 teenagers that this happened to also, but with a different limo/sedan service, Evidently this is a big scam that is happening at LAX nowadays. BEWARE ! read more
