I had a terrific experience with LEVON TRAVEL this fall when they arranged my vacation package to Italy . The agent who assisted me was very knowledgeable about the hotels I wanted and prepared an itinerary that covered most of the sights I wanted to see . I really enjoyed the trip and I would highly recommend anyone interested in traveling to Italy to contact Levon Travel . read more

Horrible customer service! They should not be in this business. I'm still waiting for a call back after 5 days waiting. Their loss, went to their competitor in Glendale and they helped me and did everything in 1 hour. Don't waste your time going to Levon Travel. read more

I work in the industry. If I treated my customers like I was treated, I would have been fired by EOD. I know it's the busy season and sometimes it's takes a little while to get a quote over to a customer, but to totally ignore and never call me back? It's been 3 weeks! It was a female agent with an accent, sadly don't remember her name at this point. Your loss! Bought 2 high end tickets from your immediate competitor in Glendale. read more

Scammers ! I found better rates on google flights than this agency. Horrible pricing with very bad attitude. The guy helping me book my ticket was so disconnected from the world and looked so bothered in assisting me. I would avoid at all cost read more

Don't blindly trust this organization. Check, shop around first. I went to Armenia with Armenia Fund last September. Armenia fund referred me to Levon Travel. I thought they will be honest and fair to a fellow Armenian. I was wrong. They assumed things I did not tell them, such as getting me more expensive ticket for seat selection in economy class not being charged for changing flights. When I got to Armenia with the group with my son, I found out most of them paid less than $1,000 each, while I ended up paying over $1,500 each for two tickets. At least $500 more per ticket. I checked the prices for a few days after we arrived, and a few days after, both times there were tickets less than $1,000 LAX to Yerevan Armenia. I hope other travelers do their homework before contacting Levon Travel. read more

Hi I traveled to Armenia through Levon Travel. It was a fabulous experience. Given a choice of air , we chose Air France. Very comfortable. On arrival we were met by Arpi our guide. She was lovely and knowledgeable. Her English perfect. The hotel was the Congress. Located in central Yerevan. The staff very accommodating. My sister and I had a private tour. Our driver and his car toured us around Armenia every day. Lunch and breakfast were included. I highly recommend traveling with Levon. We will go back to see more of the country. The price was excellent. read more

SCAM! Please Avoid!!! Here is my story- my daughter's school was organizing a trip to Armenia that was supposed to take place during her senior year. She is just about to graduate, and no trip happened due to the pandemic. All the families were required to pay a deposit of $1K, but only received a portion of the deposit back after the trip was cancelled. Upon questioning why the full amount was not refunded, Levon Travel stated that they can't provide families the refund, but rather the school could organize another trip and use those funds towards the trip before the end of the year. The school decided against planning a trip- so the remainder of our deposits were not returned. I reached out to the agency multiple times, hoping they would either refund us our deposit or allow us to use those funds as credit towards personal travel, but they refused to cooperate. Im sharing my negative experience to caution anyone who is considering this agency for their travel. read more

Do not use this company they rip you off. I paid an extra $500 to get my own room when traveling with my child's school trip to a different country. Not only did I not get my own room, a few of the other parents who paid for the same accommodations did not get their own room. Also the tour bus they use had a broken toilet so for 14 days we had to stop at all kinds of insanitary out house hole in the ground boxes with no toilets or sinks. Just grotesque. Tour guide constantly fighting with chaperone teacher. Nightmare of a trip. Not only should we have gotten a refund for being shortchanged but got compensated for what we went through. read more

My family and I traveled to Armenia for the first time this summer. After looking at many options we opted to make our travel plans via Levon Travel. It was an awesome experience. They scheduled daily private trips for us to various sites in Yerevan and historical Armenia. Our driver was was well skilled and our tour guide was an exceptionally well educated young archeology student who provided great insight on both the sights we saw and historical events that took place. We plan on returning soon to Armenia and will definitely use Levon Travel again. Many thanks to Lorig , our travel advisor of Levon Travel!!!!! read more

We booked our first trip to Armenia with Levon Travel in Glendale California, and they exceeded our expectations. With an office in Yerevan, we were greeted at the airport by our knowledgeable guide, Arpi, a political science graduate, and our careful and attentive driver, Ono, both of whom took great care of our comfort and our learning about the history and cultural of Armenia. And above and beyond our hotel accommodations which included breakfast, our lunches as well as all ground transportation and museum tickets per our arrangement, they also included the cost of our evening concert tickets and even a haircut in Garni when they learned that my father was a barber. I cannot recommend them more highly! read more

Terrific customer service. I popped in off the street to ask a question and got great information from a very professional staff in a nice office environment. This is the way travel agencies should be. read more

I called the office today and an agent picked up the phone not a receptionist, I had done very good research online before I called Levon Travel and I mentioned it to the travel agent and she was able to beat the online pricing that i got by $95 per ticket . I booked the tickets over the phone. I was very satisfied for the professional service I received from them and will recommend this travel agency. I also want to comment about the validity of the prior review as it is questionable why he/she kept calling the office and even after he/she was given good rates he/she ended up getting it from somewhere else... Good Luck! read more

I called to get some rates on an international flights, the receptionist was very rude, answered in an annoyed tone of voice and immediately put me on hold for 10 minutes, then picked up the phone to tell me that all the agents are extremely busy, that she will take a massage and have them call me tomorrow. I didn't receive a phone call the next day, and around 3pm I called to hear exactly the same story, that they are extremely busy and someone will call me back tomorrow and then she hung up the phone without asking me for my name and number. I finally did get a hold of an agent that gave me good rates, they get these two stars solely for that. But I ended up getting my tickets elsewhere anyways. read more

I wish I could give anything less than one star. Horrible pricing with very bad attitude. There was a guy I think he was the owner that thought he owns the world and everyone in it. I compare the prices with five other agencies these guys charge almost 50% more than everybody else in the area read more
