She was very knowledgeable with all the resorts in the area and knew the best deals, how to get them, when to book, and was even able to help us negotiate a better price for us in a few instances. She coordinated with about 100 of our guests to book their flights, and rooms, along with all other travel accommodations - not an easy task to accomplish. We were impressed with her responsiveness and how hard she worked to follow up for us and our guests, when we were too busy to do so ourselves. This was a huge relief given how busy and stressful wedding planning can be. We would strongly recommend her and look forward to working with her on our future vacations! 10 stars!

Lily took into account my requests for the trip and contacted me with options before booking hotels etc. She also does a great job at booking transfers to and from airports, hotels, train stations. There are also options for tours and other excursions, which I selectively took advantage of based on what my friends/family wanted. And everything ends up being cheaper than if I booked it myself! Will use these services when traveling again in the future.
