Both Azamat and Elmar were respectful, honest, professional, and hardworking throughout the entire project. They worked efficiently, kept the disruption to a minimum, and made sure the installation was completed properly and with great attention to detail. I was especially impressed with their customer service. The following day, Azamat stopped by specifically to help us get our water heater back up and running, since we were unfamiliar with its operation and didn't know how to ignite it. We really appreciated that he took the time to come back and help us, even though it was a simple follow-up. Overall, the quality of their work and the level of service made us feel that the project was absolutely worth the money. We really appreciate the work Azamat and Elmar did and would be happy to recommend them.

I had a really strong experience working with North Breeze on a full HVAC replacement and zoning…read moresetup, and what stood out most was how different their approach was from other companies we spoke with. Several competitors leaned heavily on sales-driven recommendations and were quick to dismiss questions or concerns. North Breeze was the opposite. They approached the project from an engineering perspective -- thinking through system design, airflow, zoning behavior, and real-world use instead of just quoting equipment. That made a huge difference in both the decisions we made and the final result. Their communication throughout the process was excellent. They were responsive, clear, and willing to engage thoughtfully with detailed questions, even when we were trying to understand more nuanced behavior of the system. I never felt brushed off or pressured into a quick decision. After installation, we had a specific question about how one of the zones was behaving. Rather than dismissing it, they came out, spent several hours diagnosing the system, and made adjustments to ensure it was working as intended. That level of follow-through and willingness to dig into the details really stood out. Four months later, the system is now working well, and we feel confident in both the install and the support behind it. If you're looking for a team that treats HVAC as a system to be designed and tuned -- not just sold -- North Breeze is a great choice.

I had gotten an estimate from the Costco HVAC provider, and Henry's estimate came in thousands below theirs. For me personally, he had a crew of five or six guys working on the house and reduced what would have been a 5-day job to just a little more than 2 days. Henry even came over once to check on the crew and ensure they had everything they need and everything was going well. Thanks! Henry also suggested moving the air return register away from my front door (to avoid sucking in outdoor dust/allergens) and closer to the bedroom area, and he promptly had a guy come over to patch up the hole in my entryway ceiling. Jazmin in the office was really helpful in coordinating the asbestos removal on the ducts, which was a separate job, and also the post-installation inspections. Included with the install was a wi-fi thermostat to bring me into the 21st century. The Costco guys had that as a separate item with a 2x retail markup! I had AI analyze both estimates, and Henry's was the clear choice. We've been loving our house during the August/September heat waves!

John was amazing when he came over to my house. I had previously interviewed and hired two other contractors to come in to look at my AC unit and they did not know what the hell they were doing. My issue was I needed a new compressor which the other two bozo clowns couldn't figure out. My only regret is that I wish I found John as my first contractor instead of interviewing and working with the other two bozos! I live in Newark. So much so that it gave me the confidence to buy my first home without A/C because I knew I could just call Calvey. A few years later I did just that. The install has been fantastic quality and the crew listened to everything I wanted every step of the way. They mounted rat spikes where I wanted, they put the lines and the units exactly where I asked and I've had no issues at all. I truly believe with home price comparisons in my area that I made money off of the install because it increased my home value. Cozy House first installed a central heat pump in a rental for me. I was very impressed with their work. When the AC in my home stopped working recently, I didn't hesitate to call them again to have a similar heat pump installed. It was something I'd been considering for a while. It was not an easy thing, having workers in my house, but they could not have been more considerate and they always left everything clean at the end of the day. There were a few bumps along the way, including the need to repair some of my 64 year old air ducts. I believe that in every instance they went above and beyond to make things go as smoothly as possible. Not long after the heat pump installation, my 13 year old water heater quit. I received another reasonable bid from Cozy House, this time for installation of a hybrid water heater. They told me about a rebate that was ending soon and I was able to use it with their help. During the water heater installation I requested some changes and my wishes were respected. I would not hesitate to call Cozy House in the future for any of the services they provide.
