Athleta gets athleisure right! I am so impressed with this family of brands (if you don't know,…read moreAthleta, Banana Republic, Gap, and Old Navy are in the same family). I almost exclusively buy Gap clothes for my kids, and sprinkle in Old Navy here and there. The quality can't be beat and that's exactly how I feel about Athleta's clothes as well. Athleisure is the way (thank, goodness!), but it's important to feel good about yourself while dressing down. That's where Athleta comes in. These clothes are stylish, comfy, and well made enough to wear out in the world. Everything I've purchased from here has lasted for years. This particular visit, I saw quite a few things that I liked and will be coming back to get. I may not have time to do yoga daily, but I can look like it, right?

Such a great experience at Fleet Feet it left me wondering why I hadn't visited sooner!…read more With an effort to be more active in 2022 came a much needed shoe upgrade. A friend recommended Fleet Feet ages ago but I didn't finally give them a try until I hurt my foot in the gym partially due to very old shoes. I came in on a Friday evening and two other customers were already there but Anthony did an amazing job of bouncing between us and providing excellent service. I explained my situation, what kind of workouts I typically do, and he walked me through the measuring process which consisted of stepping on a platform and walking a few strides over a cushiony mat. (Thank god, you do not have to run!) Anthony explained my readings & shortly came back with three awesome options he thought would be great for me. Unlike Cinderella, though, Anthony nailed it on the first shot. The CloudFlow shoes felt so amazing they made me realize just how old and worn out my other pair was! Due to some discrepancy in my arches, Anthony also recommended some insoles which he custom cut for my new kicks. In addition to that, I also snagged some workout gear from their selection. The shoes were $140, insoles $50, and the gear was $60, so not cheap but you can definitely tell it's quality stuff! I already wore everything for the next morning workout and it all felt great! Fleet Feet for the win!

My husband is a career firefighter so he is on his feet a lot walking on concrete and such. His heel pain was so severe that he didn't even want to go outside and play football with our son anymore! I was diagnosed with perinatal tendinitis because of walking on the outside of my foot so much! I was in extreme nerve pain all the time! A friend from Church told us about the Good Feet store and how much it had helped him and his wife with their feet and back problems! My husband and I made an appointment at the short pump Good Feet store with Tamara. From the first moment we walked in Tamara was incredibly helpful. She is very knowledgeable and walked us through the product, taking imprint of our feet and also showing us the inserts. We both ended up walking out with the system they offer. My husband instantly felt relief from his heel pain and after about 1.5 months of using the inserts, my Tendinitis/nerve pain has 100% gone away. I also do not have lower back issues like i used to! I had been visiting a chiropractor at at least twice a month! I never understood how our feet and the way we walk affects so much of our body and can cause back and knee issues!. You can buy "Good shoes, "but they are only a Band-Aid and don't fix the actual issue! We cannot recommend the Good Feet store enough and how it has changed our lives! Take the time to make an appointment at the short pump location with Tamara! You won't regret it! Yes, a system is $1500, which felt huge in the moment, but it is an investment in your future. We both got our lives back and we couldn't be more grateful!
