Because of it's well lit set up and the tunes being heard from the store lured us in to see what's up. Upon walking in we were immediately greeted. And asked if help is needed to let them know. This store looks to be black owned, something I love !! So we browsed and saw some haute (hot) kicks (shoes). Sales were being offered too. Now I love a sale and from a boutique shop...that's rare. Babe found two pair of shoes and I did as well. Shoes sold here are usually not in your chain shoe stores: Athletes Foot, Foot Locker or even DTLR. The only detractors were the really strangely lit room in the back, which made it really hard to see anything, and the fact that the giant TV in the front was being used like someone's private living room. It was a little awkward when I was in there with my wife and it starting blasting while people were eating and yelling in front of it. The guy at the register was nice though, and very helpful. Everyone there that we worked with including Thao, David & Justin were fantastic and you can tell they really care about their customers. A lot of the times, we came after hours due to scheduling conflicts in which they were able to accommodate and each visit never felt rushed and they really ensure that every measurement is correct. The suits itself looked amazing on our wedding day and David was able to recommend some really cool additions to the custom suit. A day before the wedding day, 707 was available for my husband to buy shoes from them (they also have a great shoe collection). All around excellent staff, great customer service and excellent outcome of custom clothing. My husband is already talking about going back and I look forward to going as well. They won't cover or reimburse me for the original shipping cost OR the shipping cost associated with returning them to get a "full" refund. That full refund would likely work out to actually be something like a 25-35 percent refund after me paying around 30 dollars for shipping and having absolutely nothing to show for it.

Seemed intentional. They do not want to help you firstly then you are only allowed to try on one shoe. I asked well okay then if we buy the shoes and try the second shoe on in the store before going outside and they don't fit may we exchange or return them? They said, no because then they would be dirty. So I said so then I can't return them so then they said nope you can't. Then she said, we recommend they recommend you try on the shoes before buying them. I said okay, may I have the other shoe so we can try them on? She said no you only get one shoe to try on. Side note, feet are not even the same size! Mind you, these were sandals for my toddler that's almost 2. I said I need to have her try on both cause of the elastic around the back and make sure she doesn't trip and fall when she's wearing the shoes. They IGNORED me and had get out energy. Regardless of it being a situation with a toddler, who is not allowed to try on shoes at a SHOE store?!!! Being that they were mean to a mom with a toddler made it even worse. Will NEVER come back to this store again and confused by such ill treatment. At the end it was clear this was all intentional poor treatment. What's crazy is ALL the staff were mean. So is the manager seriously allowing people to be treated this way?
