This store recently opened in November and I love that it's still a great homage to skating. The apparel is plentiful and fresh, and the shoes are fabulous! They possss a ton of classic styles for everyone, toddlers and kids included! Sales were prevalent, and I will gladly take 33% off a sweet pair of Vans, thank you very much. The store associates made the experience that much better as they were sure to greet and assist as needed. I'm so happy that Vans made it to Oak Brook, and I will continue to patronize them.

I've been in here multiple times actually and everyone has been very kind to me. There's a bunch of social distancing reminders and everyone was wearing their masks properly. Recently, I stopped in here to return a pair of jean shorts I bought online that were too big. The associate at the register greeted me with a huge smile and was so easy to talk to. The line moved very quickly and the return was very simple. Additionally, Old Navy has had it ALL recently. From jean shorts to swim suits to linen pants, I've found so many awesome items here. Not to mention the affordable prices! Between in-store options and online special offers, you can really find some good stuff to spoilt yourself here for summer. They also have comfortable lightweight cotton masks that you can get in a 5 pack in plain black or a variety of colors. I got a more colorful set of masks and I get compliments on them all the time. Due to the pandemic the store did have a flow they wanted you to walk through which was perfectly fine. In the middle of the store was a shoe wall and to the left where are the clothes. On the far right behind the shoe wall where the Y-3's, which I love but are so freaking expensive. I browsed for a bit and found a shirt. What's great is they they give you a fresh shirt in package which is wonderful during these times. And they'll hold it up front for you so you don't even need to carry it around . Even better so my arms think they are free and I shop more! They are not dummies! I found my jersey I wanted and checked out. They scanned my creators club card so I got my membership points and any applicable discount and sent me on my way.

When we walked in, we did not get greeted by a gentleman even though he was staring right at us/right by the door. Lol, sort of odd he did that. Anyways, we had a fantastic experience being assisted to by Ashley; she answered all of our questions and in general, was just very nice. The good thing about this store is that if you like something on shelves, they'll give you the same item unopened from their stock room. Nice during COVID ensuring it hasn't been touched or tried on by others.

I wear a 40R Regular fit at Joe Banks or a 42R Tailored cut, but in trying to find a suit at MW I went from a 40 to 46 depending on the cut without any of the pants working. Disappointing. I was in the store--suit and tie on--for 10 minutes before anyone offered to assist me. Disappointment for sure.

Unfortunately, what should have been a special experience turned into a very disappointing and uncomfortable one. We spent over an hour in the store trying on suits and clearly looking for assistance, yet no employee approached us once while multiple other customers were greeted and helped around us. We were repeatedly overlooked throughout our visit. Even when we were ready to purchase, we stood waiting at the register while employees nearby ignored us until I finally asked for assistance. When I politely expressed concern about the lack of customer service, the employee became defensive rather than acknowledging the issue. As the only Hispanic customers in the store, the overall treatment made us feel unwelcome and uncomfortable. While I am not accusing anyone directly, the experience left us feeling singled out and disrespected. Despite this, we still purchased an expensive suit and left without even a simple thank you. I hope management reviews the store footage from that day and uses this as an opportunity to improve customer service training and ensure every customer is treated with equal respect and attention.
