I love Adidas in general. And during quarantine I've spent more money than I care to admit on shoes with nowhere to wear them. While in Chicago i had to stop at this adidas originals because these locations tend to have things other locations don't have. Due to the pandemic the store did have a flow they wanted you to walk through which was perfectly fine. In the middle of the store was a shoe wall and to the left where are the clothes. On the far right behind the shoe wall where the Y-3's, which I love but are so freaking expensive. I browsed for a bit and found a shirt. What's great is they they give you a fresh shirt in package which is wonderful during these times. And they'll hold it up front for you so you don't even need to carry it around . Even better so my arms think they are free and I shop more! They are not dummies! I found my jersey I wanted and checked out. They scanned my creators club card so I got my membership points and any applicable discount and sent me on my way. read more

Visited this Adidas store very recently as we needed some new sneakers and athletic gear. I like this location because they have the newest items. When I checked the Adidas website for new items, most of the stuff online is what I saw in store. They also carry IVY Park and Y-3. When we walked in, we did not get greeted by a gentleman even though he was staring right at us/right by the door. Lol, sort of odd he did that. Anyways, we had a fantastic experience being assisted to by Ashley; she answered all of our questions and in general, was just very nice. The good thing about this store is that if you like something on shelves, they'll give you the same item unopened from their stock room. I can't recommend doing business with this store. The location is only convenient to people that live in that area & no one ever answers the business phone. I'm really surprised that a business this big would not allow customers to call regarding well...customer issues. When you call the number, it's answered by a bot. The option to speak to someone is there, but no one ever answers. Not worthy of even one star, but in order to post, I was forced to choose. read more

SCAM SCAM SCAM This place is a joke, called a week before and was told on multiple occasions that it was FIRST COME FIRST SERVE. Only to arrive early before the store opens to be told by Alex that they gave out wristbands the night before. And the store had no control over how they handed out wristbands. It was up to security. This is a SCAM. Also if you ask for the managers name he said due to privacy issues he can't tell me a NAME! I felt compelled to review this location to offset some of the other reviews. I came here specifically for some Stan Smiths (they're becoming hard to get at other stores, and the sizing isn't true, for online purchases). First of all, the music was not blaring. Secondly, the sales staff does know their product, and they were very friendly. Thirdly, these shoes and the sambas, and the Continentals, etc, are not on sale online and are excluded from Adidas.com discounts. They were running a promotion that equated to more than 25% off (could have been more if I purchased more). Don't listen to the other reviews. This is a nice store to shop at. read more

Absolutely one of the worst stores I've ever been in. The girl who waited on us was cold and not at all friendly. We were trying to make a return and instead of service with a smile we received such an uppity attitude and zero help. There is a reason this store is empty. Adidas needs to do a better job hiring employees who are passionate about their product and service. This made me want to never buy Adidas again. This location is AWFUL. Very vulgar music BLARING so loud, you can't even hear yourself think. Extremely uninviting !!! Staff (as if you can call them that) treats customers poorly too. No hello, one mumbled something, couldn't hear them over the music. This is Night and day comparing to the old location. Bring this store back to mag mile, European tourists and fans of Adidas don't like these awful neighborhoods. !!! It's worth a trip to a different city to get originals to avoid this AWFUL location. read more

Saw 2 shirts I wanted, I tried on a medium and a large. Decided medium was my size. I asked for a medium, my receipt was charged for a medium but for whatever odd reason I was given an XL. Called to see if they had a particular size in a common style. Dude who answered the phone couldn't hear me because the music was so loud -- I know this because he told me. When he could hear me, he left the phone before I could finish asking him for the size I wanted. Always visit the store when I am in Chicago. It can be a bit hit or miss. Have been here and got some nice Gazelles and even some Bermudas but have also been here and they have nothing that catches your eye. Most recent visit they had some Blackburns and SL80s that are very hard to get here in the States. read more

THIS IS AN ADIDAS ORIGINAL FLAGSHIP STORE. It is unreasonable to expect the store to carry the everyday adidas items that you can find in a regular sportswear outfitter. They have a wonderful, quickly rotating selection of adidas clothes/shoes that are difficult to find anywhere else, staff that is very welcoming and helpful, and a beautiful space in which to showcase it. I would hate for anyone to read the yelp reviews of this spot and not take into account the exclusivity and special collections that make up the bulk of the store's merchandise. The employees who work here do to good a job dealing with customers who's shopping needs they can't fill and helping anyone who enters find a nice style and fit to be considered for subpar service. I go here to find nice shoes that sell out online for at least 2x the price and new clothing drops that rotate every other week or so. I bought a very cute blue and brown jacket here that i manage to wear even in the heat because of how much i love it. if you are interested in nice pieces for everyday life with a large selection and helpful staff, than this is the adidas store for you read more
