Shopped today. After 5 minutes n the produce dept saw a worker stocking vegetables bare handed, he touched his face then ran his fingers through his hair. As I checked out I saw a guy not wearing a mask & asked the cashier if it was mandatory, she said yes, I said yall need to reinforce it, she called the security guard & pointed the man out, he said " I can't help it if people give me attitude." I doubt that happened. I spoke to the manager about both issues & was told she would talk to them but their store policy is to not to refuse service to anyone & mask are not mandatory. Today i went in and customers of werent not social distancing ( i know they cant control ) ater waiting in a slowwww line, a employee walks up behind another customer ( closer than a foot to that customer to) was finally my turn and a employee cut infront of me without asking to purchase her items ( her name was maria, it was on reg. 5#, at 1:23pm ) I could not believe that cutting infront of customers was common practice. I dont dare go into the actual store , however i do fill up there onve a week. They have plenty of gas pumps and that is why its pretty quick to get in and out. I like that they actually put water and cleaner in the windshield cleaning buckets and it right next to the foothill corner. The only thing that is irritating is how there are grimey people standing around waiting for you to start filling up ur tank and start to bother you for change or ask for rides. Its not so mjch a problem but it becomes one when they start to touch my truck and get too close and smell really bad. This tends to happen if you go early kr late when there isnt a lot of people getting gas. I check out gasbuddy.com and its always 5-10 cents cheaper than any gas in fontana or rialto. Although they do have everything you need for cheap prices, they have a downfall. They have moths in sugars, rice and another foods that are open. Packaged food is protected but we have brought home many items that have filled our pantry with moths! I've seen the moths at the store as well. This is disgusting. read more

so disgusting I bought two pre roasted chickens yesterday at about 9:30 am I came home at 10 am put them in the refrigerator pull them out around 6:00 pm after making all of my side dishes for dinner put the chickens in a pan to warm them up and they were moldy how does this happen in 8 hours I took them get back I didn't have the receipt they refused to put the money back on my card even after I told him what time I was there who the cashier was and I had them in the bag with their label on a with expiration date of 1/22 the manager would only gave me a gift card to return after signing the little piece of paper and I turned around and handed the gift card to the cashier and said you can have it I will no longer be shopping here after being a customer of 18 years. I feel so bad for the good folks that go here cause there is nowhere closer. It's not so much the store inside or the employees, it's the lack of lights and the ghettoness in the parking lot. I know folks from the suburbs call anything ghetto cause they are stupid, but I grew up in south LA projects and I know what ghetto is. Ghetto isn't farms in fontucky, or no sidewalks or dirt in a Windy City. Ghetto is trash on the floor, the scent of booze, cigarettes and sewage. Trust me I know what ghetto is. The landlord or city needs to brighten this place up, clean up the pavement, tighten some bolts. Why does this lot attract ghetto? I know times are rough and tamale guy is trying to make his money and so is unsigned rapper guy, and lady that sells hand crafted bracelets, but at night that scares some folks. I've been going to this grocery store for about four years. It has definitely cleaned up a lot. I love what they're doing to the inside of the store. At first it was very difficult to locate my items just because I got used to the old layout but that's normal with remodeling. Sometimes there could be long lines but they seem to move fast. Some of the employees are very nice. You do have a couple Who can be chatterboxes. And someone should speak to them about not speaking about other employees in front of customers.. Great prices! Especially if you have their rewards card you get a discount on gas. If you download the app and link your card to it you can load coupons to the card and save even more BUT make sure you go early during the day because by night time they are low on product and shelves are empty. There are also sketchy people outside sometimes so try not to go alone at night. Also the employees are not very friendly they always seem like they hate their job.
