Great little no-frills grocery store. This location is right out of the Sun City Carolina Lakes…read moremain gate. Very clean and has just about everything, but not massive quantities or varieties. You deposit a quarter coin to get a cart, which is returned to you when you return the cart. Bring your own bags as you bag your own. Very reasonable prices and it is more than just cut open boxes as found in some other Aldi locations. You owe yourself a look-see.

A bit less selection, a bit lower prices,…read morebut still a good variety that filled in a couple of the bits that I wasn't able to find at the other store. Aldi works hard to keep their prices down. The shopping cart thing is a thing for them. You'll be bagging your own groceries and they will charge you for using their bags. All of these are minor and you can work around them if you bring your own reusable bags, or you can just unload directly into the trunk of your car if you want. Aldi always has some interesting stuff in their "random" aisle. Today, it included bookshelves, flipflops and lawn seed spreaders. Odd but perhaps this is exactly what you need. Very efficient, especially considering that they are always busy. The gasoline prices are lowest around and there are plenty of pumps. Just be careful as you pull in and out in your car because there are lots of people and distractions about you. I like that they have free air for your tires and other inflatables. Pull up and push the button on the machine. Their snack bar is wonderful. You can get sandwiches, pizza, breakfast items and hot beverages. Of course there is a gigantic beverage selection in the center of the store and the options as to quantity of liquid to buy is also gigantic: from small to a quart. Self-serve. They also have continuously cooking hot dogs and hot dog-like wieners on those roller cookers. Buns are in heated drawers below, so you have soft warm buns and select which kinds of dog you want. Get it, pay for it and take off on your business. Or...you can sit at one of the tables outdoors and relax while you eat and chat. This is a good franchise and well run.

I come back to this Harris Teeter in Fort Mill one year later for my annual Thanksgiving holiday…read moretrip and find this location so refreshing and just loved my shopping experience here. If I lived here I would be shopping at this Harris Teeter 3x a week for sure. Great selection, prices seemed very reasonable, lots of good sales, the pizza looked solid - not sure if it beats Costco but many different options and it looked appetizing. 2 bucks off Sweet Potato Pie and it was pretty solid. My friend bought Angus Ribeye Rib Roast that was on sale $10 off per pound - but the cool thing was it was a bit too big and he just asked the butcher guy if they could trim it down - no problem! Took it out of the package, chopped about 15% off, and re-weighed and price sticker replaced. Awesome! Everyone I talked to for help here was really nice. Even the cashier guy - forgot his name - long hair n glasses - but funny thing was he was the same register guy who helped us out last year Thanksgiving. So I asked if he was still living the dream - he smirked - said for now yeah. He's been there 2 years now so I guess he's looking to take the management route. Hopefully next year he could get promoted. He said they give away cookies at the bakery for free samples - whaaa?? I missed that one but I will be back cuz I really dig this grocery store. Wish we had one in Austin. Happy Thanksgiving 2024!! Yeeee haaww!!!
