The owner was also incredibly sweet and took the time to talk with us about how the team went to Philly and did so much research before opening this place. You can truly taste the care and effort that went into it! The prices are more than worth it in my opinion , and every time we're in Charlotte, this is a must stop for us. Mouthwatering, packed with flavor, and absolutely worth any wait. I honestly wish they'd open one in Raleigh because we'd be there every single week. This place is officially a staple for us, and I cannot rave about these cheesesteaks enough. Thank you for serving the community and honestly don't listen to any review that isn't 5 stars.

Crispy just how I like them. The cashier wasn't very friendly, but maybe they were just having a bad day. Still, if I tell you it's my first time there, I'd think that's an opportunity to explain the menu or how the burgers work. Instead, I just ended up saying, "Give me a bacon cheeseburger." Now, the young woman who brought out my food had great customer service, so again, maybe the cashier was just off that day. As for the burger itself, it was way too salty for my taste. They do have some pretty good juices that I think are made in-house, which was a plus. But overall, the prices didn't feel worth it to me. I honestly could've gone to Chili's, gotten a better burger and an appetizer, and still spent about $8 less. I probably won't be back unless someone convinces me I just caught them on a bad day.
