I went to the Scan & Go checkout area and was told by the associate that the area was only for Spark drivers and that I had to get in the regular self-checkout line. There was literally no one waiting in the Scan & Go area, yet I still had to stand in the regular self-checkout line. At every other Walmart I've visited, I've been able to use the designated Scan & Go checkout with my Walmart+ membership alongside Spark drivers without an issue. If this location does not allow Walmart+ members to use that area, they need to make that policy clear. Otherwise, what is the benefit of using Scan & Go if I still have to wait in the same checkout line as everyone else? This completely defeats the convenience I'm paying for with Walmart+. Very disappointing experience, and I won't be choosing this location when I have other Walmart locations available.

I worked/lived in Northern Va for 15 years and would drive distances to do my grocery shopping there. BUT, this location is without a doubt THE most challenging location. For many reasons. The store lay out is like a jig saw puzzle. In no way does it follow the layout of all the other stores I've been to. The WORST part is the entry/exit and parking. Most every time I've been, there is always a near miss with someone pushing a cart with everything but groceries in the driveway entrance/exit. The most recent experience is why I finally decided to post this review as a WARNING. Beware, there are people who act as though they are trying to get hit. You can draw your own conclusions as to why but it's a fact. Yesterday, this person is approaching the entry crossing pushing a cart. I'm making a right turn off Central into the lot. We make eye contact, they stop as I inch closer into the entry way...then they STOP right in the middle of the crossing and act like they are pulling up their PANTS off the ground. There are vehicles behind me on the horn because they can't see what's going on. It's a highly dense, intense traffic location. On every side there are pedestrians, cyclers, dog walkers and people pushing carriages.

Their self checkouts are totally off the rails. If you lean forward and your shirt touches the scan area they lock up and call over the attendant to review the little video of you not actually stealing anything, sometimes two or three times in a checkout session. It's kinda insulting for a store that is otherwise so lax that there was a crafty panhandler actually lurking *inside* the store on a recent run, hitting me up to pay for their grocery basket.

I explained that my car needed service and that it was going to be 2 hours before they could get to me! After about 20 minutes, I walked back into the store and beg the clerk to use the restroom! The two clerks had a meeting on whether or not they would let me use the restroom! It seems they were more concerned about being on camera letting me use the restroom than anything! Both were leaving the decision to the other! Needless to say, they relented and let me use the restroom! I must admit the restroom was clean, labeled, well-lit, and stocked! I'm not going to lie, It was humiliating to beg to use a restroom even with a sign stating that there was one! Thank you, Circle K, for letting me relieve myself!
