I come back to this Harris Teeter in Fort Mill one year later for my annual Thanksgiving holiday trip and find this location so refreshing and just loved my shopping experience here. If I lived here I would be shopping at this Harris Teeter 3x a week for sure. Great selection, prices seemed very reasonable, lots of good sales, the pizza looked solid - not sure if it beats Costco but many different options and it looked appetizing. 2 bucks off Sweet Potato Pie and it was pretty solid. My friend bought Angus Ribeye Rib Roast that was on sale $10 off per pound - but the cool thing was it was a bit too big and he just asked the butcher guy if they could trim it down - no problem! Took it out of the package, chopped about 15% off, and re-weighed and price sticker replaced. Awesome! Everyone I talked to for help here was really nice. Even the cashier guy - forgot his name - long hair n glasses - but funny thing was he was the same register guy who helped us out last year Thanksgiving. So I asked if he was still living the dream - he smirked - said for now yeah. He's been there 2 years now so I guess he's looking to take the management route. Hopefully next year he could get promoted. He said they give away cookies at the bakery for free samples - whaaa?? I missed that one but I will be back cuz I really dig this grocery store. Harris Teeter is an awesome chain of supermarkets throughout the Charlotte area. The stores are bright, well stocked and carry an excellent assortment of merchandise. This one in Indian Land is a prime example. I popped in to pick up a few quick things and while the layout and shelving alignment was slightly different from my regular HT, I still found everything I wanted and a few extra bits. The nice lady in the deli was wearing her mask and friendly. She perfectly prepared a pound of Boar's Head (yeah, the best!) cheese https://www.yelp.com/biz/boars-head-provisions-sarasota-3. We love to visit when we are here! Even just to look around and see what they have! Their pizza is very good as we've had it on past trips to visit. Their salad bar is open again, their meat section is pretty awesome and we can't wait to get some stuff to cook for dinner this week. We love to check out their cheese section, they always have great stuff. We are fans of Yancy Fancy which is made where I grew up so I love seeing it in stores. We always check out the local section, we bought tons of Carolina bbq sauces, spice rubs, and the bone sucking brand of mustard and sauces. Cannot wait to try them when we get home. The store is ALWAYS clean, they allowed us to use the register card to get the discount on some stuff we picked up for our son. Perks of This store is they added a gas station, have pick up for grocery orders (love this at any store) and also spots for families with small children. My favorite grocery store in the area! It's clean and organized and the staff is super friendly and really goes above and beyond to help.

I just went at 10:35pm and ALL WE WANTED was some balloons blown up for the morning of my 11 year old brothers birthday. We went in and there were absolutely no customers at the register or anything except for ONE. There was a man and a girl working that we talked to. We walked up to the man first and asked if someone could blow up balloons for us. He said "no sorry no one here does that right now" um... okay I didn't know there was a job specifically for blowing balloons? He called over this lady restocking some beer and she said "no sorry the night shift doesn't do that no one here has blown up balloons" girl it's pushing down a pump. There's no customers here and we have time. My mom could literally teach you. We did argue a bit but didn't want to annoy anyone so we left. I believe it was just because they were lazy because they had so much time to do what we asked. I don't like when people have nothing to do and are still lazy and bullsh** people when they are completely capable of blowing up balloons. It's not rocket science. read more

Harris Teeter tends to be a great place to shop for groceries and any other neccessities that you may need. The selection is always great and the organics they offer is far better than some of the competitors. I do like the savings that Harris Teeter offers including their renowned double coupons days that comes along ever so often. The customer service is very good and for the most part that tends to transcend from store to store. The store is always clean and items are easy to find. Harris Teeter also offers a online shopping service where you can buy your groceries online and then come to the store to pick them up. Definitely a time saver for those in a rush. This location also has a Starbucks at the front of the store so you can be on a caffienated rush and shop...I don't think that helps your wallet when you check out but it's a great idea and I appreciate the convience of having Starbucks there. As with most Harris Teeters that I go to, the parking leaves something to be desired. The spaces are tight and carts are all over the place. But other than that I would highly recommend this Harris Teeter if you live in the area. read more

i love this place for fresh stuff. although Harris Teeter is a little more expensive I can get my veggies by the hand fulls, this helps since I need to get stuff for my Amazon Parrot often. The sushi is pretty good for a grocery store and since I live 30 miles from Charlotte or rock Hill it is a great way to curb my craving. the staff are always very friendly. the seafood is a great selection and they will order something for you if you want it special. it is a beautiful store! negative is the dang golf carts taking up regular parking spaces out front of the other stores. this burns me up!, for one they aren't street legal and two the older people driving them from Carolina lakes drive like they are owed some sort special privilege read more

This is a fairly new HT down by Sun City Carolina Lakes on 521 in Indian Land. The store is large and has a nice layout and great selection of food & beverages. Employees were very friendly when I stopped in to pick up a few things yesterday on my way to a party in Waxhaw. read more

New girl started about a month ago at Starbucks in the Harris Teeter and she wasn't too from Milyer with the registrar because I had brought my own cupping and I was supposed to get a $.10 discount from my order. She had problems figuring it out and called customer service when Chris had come over he had problems figuring it out. I told them both don't worry about it just rang me up. He came back handing me a dollar bill from his register apologizing for the inconvenience I told him it was no problem you don't have to do this his reply yes I did. This is one of the nicest stores around. HT's choice bone-in angus beef compares favorably with the prime beef I used to order online from Chicago. When the lines get more than 2 or 3 deep, 1 or 2 managers will open other registers. read more

I'm writing a review about the pharmacy portion but Harris Teeter pharmacy is honestly the best! I've had a few issues with CVS and my new prescriptions accidentally getting sent there by my doctor. Last week I tried to get my Venaflaxine from CVS and there was a problem with my insurance renewal. We renewed it on 2020 but it was showing expired. I used GoodRX and I was going to pay $82.00for a month supply. I waited there around two hours and they ended up giving me a week supply for 20 bucks. Turns out they only gave me 6 days so I went to Harris Teeter today. Total it took about an hour to get the medicine transferred and filled. There was still an issue with insurance but Ewelina was SOOO nice and accommodating. She applied coupons from Harris teeter and the whole month supply was only around 20 bucks. Which is only one 10 more dollars then I usually pay. And she even said if I call the insurance company and get the new Info within a week she'll refund the difference!! I love Harris teeter and I'm not going anywhere else from now on. Also Harris teeter has the best bottled water around. read more

Great location friendly people! Only thing I'd recommend is staying away on senior day (thursdays I think) Long lines and slow people with all those coupons and older people from sun city. But other than that no complaints. read more

I'm reviewing the Starbucks in Harris Teeter not the store as a whole. I would not recommend anyone going here. Especially if you have a favorite drink you get every time, they are probably going to be out of it. They have a list of drinks they are out of every time I go in. I also witnessed the customer in front of me ask for iced coffee and she was told they were out.( How can they be out of iced coffee???) The girl that was working that day was very rude and slamming things around after being told she made a customer's drink wrong. Not a good experience. read more

I made okra gumbo for shrimp gumbo this morning. After spending 40 minutes making a roux, chopping up the fresh vegetables, adding the frozen okra from this Harris Tetter I find the okra had freezer burn. Thus the gumbo is ruined. I should have known better as this is not my experience with spoiled food from this store. I knew better to buy from there but it was so handy. I hope to use better judgment and not shop there. Most deli counters have the meats you wish to be sliced in the display. Not this store, they are constantly going into the back to get one instead of replacing it when it's gone. God forbid if you need cheese sliced. They only have one machine so be prepared to wait if 2 or more people are ordering cheese. read more

Quality of service has really gone down since I first started shopping here two years ago. I spend hundreds of dollars here a month and I had to ask three different people to help me locate an item. One person told me they had the item but I needed to find a manager to get the item, another associate told me to go to customer service instead of helping me herself, then the manager I finally located told me they were sold out of the item even though the first individual claimed it was in the back. I would rather spend the extra money and shop at Publix or drive to another Harris Teeter location. read more
