For all of our recent deliveries we are wondering if they are going to show up on time, or at all. Our experience over the last couple days went like this. She placed the delivery order on Monday for an 8pm delivery, our groceries never came. Tuesday was the same, our groceries never came. Wednesday my wife needs to feed our family so she drives to the store only to wait for over an hour because half of our order was missing even when she came to pick it up. Walmart customer service was absolutely no help. Delivery orders used to show up promptly during the delivery window and now don't show up at all, unless you are willing to pay a 20% tip to the driver. Groceries are already expensive enough, I am not going to tip my driver a 20% delivery tip for a service I already pay for on a $400 grocery bill for my family of 5. Walmart is absolutely going to lose a customer with my household all because they decided to cheap out and change how they manage their delivery services!!

All these items are pretty tricky and difficult to find in the Dover area. Walmart, Target, and other grocery stores in the are do not carry these items. Staff attentiveness and friendliness is lacking a bit. I was not approached by anyone about help with finding anything I needed. The meat counter staff was friendly. They provided information on what they carry and even informed me that they would be receiving another delivery soon if I would like to come back.
