If you're someone who actually cooks your own pumpkin pie/bread/etc from scratch you'll find many edible varieties to choose from. They also sell milk in glass, if that's your thing, and Woodside Creamery ice cream. There is also plenty of Amish made sheds, yard art, and furniture. New, I think, this year is fresh turkeys. (Which, I think are the ones living off of Frenchtown Rd, if you want to say high to your dinner!)
