Instead they have gone down so fast and I'm sick of half the shelf stuff is expired, all veggies are rotten n they leave it like it's an option. They deli is the worst ever especially now . The only store who NEVER has cheese or lunch meat pre sliced and you wait I'm not joking 30-40 min while they take that time joking 4 or more in the back while 1 person does the order and slicing . You wait over 30 or so min while one person in front of you gets one order . This is every single week and I'm about done with this place. Your prices go up up up but your not that high quality place to have that kind of prices . So many people are trying to get hired so hire even my son applied no answer or call nothing. This is how businesses fail. It seem nobody wants to work , knows how to work and maybe your not paying them right I don't know but this is trash . Even the nasty Weis has better stuff and it's cheaper

I mentioned to a manager that all the plants on display - orchids, and various flowering plants - were in dire need of water. They were light and dry. The expression the manager delivered was dismissive at best. I saw at least three manager types just standing around. The store was not so busy due to the weather and time. Is there so little proprietary concern from FL employees, whatever their status, that they can stand around ignoring a simple maintenance procedure? Absolute worst experience I have ever had in a grocery store. They jumped on the inflation…read morebandwagon, which is shameful. Everything is outrageously priced, yet the store feels run down, out of stock, and filled with low quality produce. Not an employee was to be found until it was time to check out, where they suddenly appeared to ensure I scanned every item myself since no other option was provided. They do not provide bags, so I had to unload a whole shopping cart of groceries directly onto the scanner, load them back in, load them one by one into my car, drive home, and carry them item by item into the house. Alternatively, they charge 1.99 per bag. Not a chance. You already made me do all the work and now you want to charge me to bag it? The cheap paper bags they offer cost pennies, yet they are locked away and only accessible by a security guard watching you do the job you are paying for. To top it off, as I was walking out, a parking lot attendant was cursing out customers, slamming carts around, and threatening me about returning my cart. I always return my cart, but being cursed at and harassed while loading my own groceries one by one because my business wasn't even worth a few free bags was the final straw. This was a god-awful experience, and I will never shop here again.
