Well TACO is like that. it's located in a small building on Rte 32, just south of the old firestation (eagleville). When you walk in there are no tables, just chairs. There is a wall that has various hot sauces, napkins, plastic ware. A hand written sign with the food options and maybe a computer printed sign specifying a special. DO NOT LET THIS FOOL YOU. One bite of any of their Tacos or Burritos and you will be hooked. Beef options are all made with Grass Fed beef from a local farm just a few miles north. All of the produce is local and organic too. He smokes all of meats he uses himself. $18 for a beef Burrito! YES! and worth every penny, because when you lift it out of the bag, and realize that you don't have one meal but two... it is a bargen. I have had the Beef, Chicken and Mahi Mahi offerings and they are all delicious and memorable. You will find it difficult to enjoy a taco or burrito anywhere else, I have not found anywhere locally that stacks up to them. My family has used Emily's quite a few times now for big events... The first being my high school graduation party, as well as my dad's 50th Surprise party. When it came to finding a caterer for my wedding, there was no one else that came close to the quality / value / attention to detail that Emily's Catering provides. Food is a big deal for my large Italian / Irish family, so we wanted to go "all out" and Emily's made it possible. My husband and I were able to pick up to 8 different Hors d'oeuvres to be passed out during the cocktail hour (most places only allow you to pick 2-3). The appetizers were not only delicious, but also extremely unique and fun! Some of the apps even came with a mini cocktail pairing! For example, the quesadilla app came with a mini don julio margarita! How fun is that?! My guests are still raving about the cocktail hour. We did a plated dinner with four different options, Chicken, Steak, Red Snapper or Portobello Mushroom (Vegetarian). Again, most places seem to limit you to only three options. We just kept getting more bang for our buck!! The portions were extremely generous and the flavors were to die for. We also had a late night pizza station, as well as ice cream bar / coffee station. I swear, my guests were just STUNNED by the fantastic variety. Emily's Catering surpassed our expectations. Essentially, my family and I were able to have a "baller" wedding for a reasonable price. The investment was well worth every penny and my husband and I could not be happier. Rick and Cheryl are highly professional individuals and a joy to work with. They made the stressful wedding process easy and we experienced top notch customer service the entire time. We will be using Emily for ALL of our important events in the future. The staff was punctual, kind, smiley, helpful, and just all around great. The food was delicious and we had more than enough, especially on the dessert end (which always has fallen short with other caterers in the past). The caterers were kind enough to offer to wrap plates to go for anyone/everyone who wanted, which was just a really great extra detail that helped so much. So many guest complimented the food and asked where it came from, ALWAYS a good sign. Email and phone correspondence were always fast and detailed throughout the planning process.
