My family has used Emily's quite a few times now for big events... The first being my high school graduation party, as well as my dad's 50th Surprise party. When it came to finding a caterer for my wedding, there was no one else that came close to the quality / value / attention to detail that Emily's Catering provides. Food is a big deal for my large Italian / Irish family, so we wanted to go "all out" and Emily's made it possible. My husband and I were able to pick up to 8 different Hors d'oeuvres to be passed out during the cocktail hour (most places only allow you to pick 2-3). The appetizers were not only delicious, but also extremely unique and fun! Some of the apps even came with a mini cocktail pairing! For example, the quesadilla app came with a mini don julio margarita! How fun is that?! My guests are still raving about the cocktail hour. We did a plated dinner with four different options, Chicken, Steak, Red Snapper or Portobello Mushroom (Vegetarian). Again, most places seem to limit you to only three options. We just kept getting more bang for our buck!! The portions were extremely generous and the flavors were to die for. We also had a late night pizza station, as well as ice cream bar / coffee station. I swear, my guests were just STUNNED by the fantastic variety. Emily's Catering surpassed our expectations. Essentially, my family and I were able to have a "baller" wedding for a reasonable price. The investment was well worth every penny and my husband and I could not be happier. Rick and Cheryl are highly professional individuals and a joy to work with. They made the stressful wedding process easy and we experienced top notch customer service the entire time. We will be using Emily for ALL of our important events in the future. If you are debating hiring Emily's for your next event, do it! You will NOT regret it.

We are all still talking about the lovely dinner they whipped up. My husband who does not like vegetables, LOVED THE VEGETABLES!! I don't really like meat, but I LOVED THE CHICKEN over beautiful fresh squash. We couldn't get enough and went home very full and satisfied. From the moment we walked into our tasting to create our delicious menu, to last minute changes, to executing perfect food the day of, I want to relive this experience again and again. My guests raved about the menu, and some favorites included fun takes on cocktail meatballs, shrimp and grits, and chilled tomato soup shooters. The food was beautiful and displayed like it was in a magazine. Karen and her team were also in charge of staffing my event. This meant not only did they feed my guests, but bussed the tables, cleaned up trash, set up my pie display (Karen took it upon herself to clean out her stock of cake stands and create the most beautiful tables ever) and EVEN mop my bathroom trailer when it sprung a leak. As guests started to leave, SKBT cleaned every table and organized my decor. Best of all, Karen and her team were friendly and attentive the entire night. My bridal party had their own tray of appetizers waiting for them immediately following the ceremony, and all night the staff checked in on my husband and I (as well as my parents) to see how they could help. One bite of any of their Tacos or Burritos and you will be hooked. Beef options are all made with Grass Fed beef from a local farm just a few miles north. All of the produce is local and organic too. He smokes all of meats he uses himself. $18 for a beef Burrito! YES! and worth every penny, because when you lift it out of the bag, and realize that you don't have one meal but two... it is a bargen. I have had the Beef, Chicken and Mahi Mahi offerings and they are all delicious and memorable. You will find it difficult to enjoy a taco or burrito anywhere else, I have not found anywhere locally that stacks up to them.
