Fabiola Carrillo runs a pretty efficient ship when it comes to scheduling, follow-up visits and reminder calls to help avoid missed appts or accomodating changes in schedule. She is also very helpful in the office and saves wait time by assisting with other tasks to get me on my way quickly. My primary specialist is Jacoby Tanner and he does a great job working out all the testing, configuration and calibration tweaking. They worked with my insurance and were able to get me a very high quality device. The office is clean, easy to locate and park at. I was so nervous to get a second opinion affraid that they would tell me the same thing. After the persistence of my friend, I drove over an hour to see him. And it was worth every mile. Once I walked in I knew this would be a different experience. I was welcomed and felt like I was at home. Once I was in the office he looked inside my ears (on a huge flat screen that was way cool) and he told me what he saw. Then stepped into the hearing booth. The test was longer then the first hearing test I had and seemed more in-depth. He then went through all the test results with me in a way I understood and the results were way better. They still sent it to the wrong pharmacy. As a result, I was left in unnecessary pain immediately after surgery and unable to drive, forcing me to scramble and rely on a family member to drive an hour on short notice just to obtain medication that should have been ready. When I called the office for help, the medical assistant ("Katie") was dismissive, unhelpful, and took zero accountability for the mistake - not even an "I'm sorry". Instead of treating this like the post-operative medication error that it was, I was met with attitude and reluctance to assist. Dr. Christianson himself seems fine, but the office staff is clearly disorganized and indifferent to patient care. Sending pain medication to the wrong pharmacy after surgery is not a minor inconvenience -- it's a failure of basic medical administration. Patients should not have to suffer or beg for help because staff can't follow their own intake forms.

I give this 1 star due to unethical practices of Audiology Hearing Aid Center in Euless. In…read moreDecember 2024 I had met my deductible and OOP, so my insurance paid 100% of the billed allowable for my hearing aids. My insurance EOB said I owed zero. Audiology Hearing Aid Center tried to collect the difference in the amount they billed and what the insurance paid. It's called balance billing the patient and not legal Fast forward to today. I lost one of my hearing aids so I pulled out my paperwork from Audiology Hearing Aid Center to see what the replacement warranty is. Per the written document from them, the warranty is 3 years for damage or loss and the deductible is $500. I spoke to another provider today and found out the actual deductible with Signia for loss of a hearing aid is $400; not $500 and the warranty is 4 years, not 3. If you have insurance, only agree to pay what your insurance says you owe.

They always help make sure my hearing aids are well tuned and all components working properly. A couple of weeks ago I noticed my left hearing aid wasn't working properly Charmain had me bring in my aid right away no appointment needed, I got bad news that the unit had to go back to Oticon for repair Charmain made sure to expedite the unit via UPS I was kept informed of the status and was called a week later that it was ready.
