They always help make sure my hearing aids are well tuned and all components working properly. A couple of weeks ago I noticed my left hearing aid wasn't working properly Charmain had me bring in my aid right away no appointment needed, I got bad news that the unit had to go back to Oticon for repair Charmain made sure to expedite the unit via UPS I was kept informed of the status and was called a week later that it was ready. In…read moreDecember 2024 I had met my deductible and OOP, so my insurance paid 100% of the billed allowable for my hearing aids. My insurance EOB said I owed zero. Audiology Hearing Aid Center tried to collect the difference in the amount they billed and what the insurance paid. It's called balance billing the patient and not legal Fast forward to today. I lost one of my hearing aids so I pulled out my paperwork from Audiology Hearing Aid Center to see what the replacement warranty is. Per the written document from them, the warranty is 3 years for damage or loss and the deductible is $500. I spoke to another provider today and found out the actual deductible with Signia for loss of a hearing aid is $400; not $500 and the warranty is 4 years, not 3. If you have insurance, only agree to pay what your insurance says you owe.

I was experincing pressure on my ear drums so gave them a call and they set me up with an appointment right away. When I went to my appointment they looked inside my ears and said they are perfectly clean. Turns out that my presure on my ear drum's was due to allergies, not earwax like I imagined. I am writing this review because it is so hard to find businesses that turn business away anymore. I had no reason to be there, I am young with great hearing and perfectly clean ears. They could have told me and sold me on just about anything because I was afraid I ruined my ears but they didn't try to do that. They were honest and let me know everything was alright and sent me out the door without charging me a penny because I didn't need any services from them. They could have easily put me on their ear cleaning water machine and charged me and I wouldn't know the difference. Now I'm not advocating to come here to get free checkups(if they do that Idk). Im just making the point that if you do have an actual ear problem that this is the place to go. They won't try to sell you extra stuff you don't need. They weren't after my money in this experience, I truly believe they are after making people better.
