I need hearing aides and a MRI so thanks for wasting my time and money.I messaged them today to get my records and it took 2 hours of texting back and forth and 2 faxes to get my records so i could compare them with my second opinion.So if your looking for drs who could give a damn and are completely incompetent look no further then then here. Here are my recommendations for doctors: Dr Kos/Danchak audiologists and Dr Jason Williams ENT they were amazing and I'm thankful there are good doctors left who care about their patients.

Also the patient portal had my phone number incorrect so I could not log into it. Labcorp text me over the weekend with test results but the office says that don't have the results!!! Over the weekend, I read the results and I have staph and MERSA in my nose! This is Tuesday and I should have been on an antibiotic treatment two days ago but still waiting to hear from the medical staff. Hold time today was only about 9 minutes. They make up a lot of excuses but never bother to say that they are sorry about the inconvenience. Prior to this frustrating experience, I had to see the Dr. in Southlake not my usual Flower Mound location. No one shared that there are two locations in Southlake so on my way to Southlake, I called and was put on hold for an extended period or time. I finally just picked one of the two locations and happened to get the right one but was about 10 minutes late because I was just driving around and holding on the phone! After arriving at the office, there were other frustrated patients there. So, if you choose this clinic, you will receive good medical attention but be prepared to have patience with the poorly run front offices.
