Over the weekend, I read the results and I have staph and MERSA in my nose! This is Tuesday and I should have been on an antibiotic treatment two days ago but still waiting to hear from the medical staff. Hold time today was only about 9 minutes. They make up a lot of excuses but never bother to say that they are sorry about the inconvenience. Prior to this frustrating experience, I had to see the Dr. in Southlake not my usual Flower Mound location. No one shared that there are two locations in Southlake so on my way to Southlake, I called and was put on hold for an extended period or time. I finally just picked one of the two locations and happened to get the right one but was about 10 minutes late because I was just driving around and holding on the phone! After arriving at the office, there were other frustrated patients there. So, if you choose this clinic, you will receive good medical attention but be prepared to have patience with the poorly run front offices.

Imagine trying to work and not being able to hear what your boss or coworkers are telling you or not being able to have a conversation with your wife and kids? Almost every appt he would have they would call 5-10 minutes before the scheduled appt and cancel it, he would literally get calls as he was pulling in the parking lot. This happened almost every single appt, it's an absolute joke. After a year of not having two hearing aids that functioned they finally offered him a "loaner pair" so that he could at least hear at work and for upcoming family events. But he has been waiting two months for the receivers and guess what? They canceled his appt last week and again this week. How this company hasn't been sued yet is beyond me. We have already filed a complaint with the ADA. Oh, and have fun calling and not EVER getting anyone to answer the phone or if they do you get to sit on hold forever. If you need hearing aids I would highly suggest not using this company, we wish we had know before this never-ending nightmare started.

Scam. Stay away from this place…read more I went to the Grapevine, TX location to see Dr. Savannah Sommerhalder, MD, and it felt off from the start. They did not even have a real sign on the building, just a decal on the door. I went in for an infection. They confirmed it was an infection, not an allergy or some other immediate issue. They gave me one round of medication, and when that did not work, they immediately started pushing heavily for surgery and immunotherapy. The problem is that they also told me neither of those would actually fix the issue I came in for. That didn't matter to them; they just kept pushing for it. After two appointments, I finally told them flat out that I was no longer agreeing to surgery or immunotherapy until they treated the infection first. They then finally said they would call in a stronger medication. They never did. I reminded them three times, and every time I got another excuse about the doctor being busy or some delay. That was it for me. They seemed much more interested in pushing procedures than fixing the infection. I also asked for my surgery deposit back, because the plan was supposed to treat the infection first, then do the surgery later. Instead of refunding the deposit, they sent me an even bigger bill. Based on the other review, the shady billing practice seems common. You have been warned.
