I like Dr. Haroun and feel…read moreconfident about his ability, his experience and his personal demeanor but the office is poorly organized, does not give call backs as promised and hold times on the phone are extended (30 minutes yesterday). Also the patient portal had my phone number incorrect so I could not log into it. Labcorp text me over the weekend with test results but the office says that don't have the results!!! Over the weekend, I read the results and I have staph and MERSA in my nose! This is Tuesday and I should have been on an antibiotic treatment two days ago but still waiting to hear from the medical staff. Hold time today was only about 9 minutes. They make up a lot of excuses but never bother to say that they are sorry about the inconvenience. Prior to this frustrating experience, I had to see the Dr. in Southlake not my usual Flower Mound location. No one shared that there are two locations in Southlake so on my way to Southlake, I called and was put on hold for an extended period or time. I finally just picked one of the two locations and happened to get the right one but was about 10 minutes late because I was just driving around and holding on the phone! After arriving at the office, there were other frustrated patients there. So, if you choose this clinic, you will receive good medical attention but be prepared to have patience with the poorly run front offices.

I…read morehad a good experience here, I've seen one audiologist (Jessica) who was absolutely lovely and two ENTs - Dr Patel and Dr Bauer. Both were great, But Dr Patel really impressed me with his knowledge and skill. My first appointment I didn't have much waiting at all. For my second appointment They fit me in last minute to get a bead removed from my daughters ear, and I waited just on an hour for that same day appointment which I don't think is bad at all. I haven't had any dealings with their front desk other than standard scheduling and check in, in this instance they were fine. I will update my review if this changes but I couldn't complain.

I recently took my eight year-old son to ENT for children at their Southlake location. The care and…read moreevaluation provided by the staff we saw was good. What was not good was the billing and insurance processing department. It took them a substantial amount of time to process our insurance payment, and therefore our portion due was not billed to us until several months later. We simply paid the bill. What was not appreciated was the threatening letter, threatening to go to collections and outright stating that we will be dropped as a patient. When confronted with this, they admitted the issue was in their billing department. It's unfortunate that good providers have to deal with absolutely incompetent billing staff.

Worst New Patient experience EVER!!!!…read more If I could i would give a -20 on performance and accommodating new patients. I appeared for my appointment at the Southlake location, early. I googled my doctors name and that was the address that came up. No one had given me a different address. I let Google maps show me the way. Upon my arrival, the receptionist kindly told me I needed to go to the Bedford office. I asked her for the address and to please let them know I'm on my way. She stated she would and said I had plenty of time to make my appointment. Sweet lady!! Kind person!! As I'm driving on Hwy 121, more than half way there, I get a call stating my appointment has been canceled. I still had 8 minutes before my "arrival time". The receptionist further told me that the Dr has said for her to let me know my appointment has been canceled........ WHAT??. ... just WOW!!!! I explained to the woman on the phone I was 1already over half way there and still had 6 minutes before my arrival time.. She again stated she was told by the Doctor to cancel my NEW PATIENT appointment. I told her I would be writing a bad review for this practice and hung up, very upset. Not ONE person offered an apology to me NOR did they even ask me to reschedule. The only kind person I experienced, was the kind lady in Southlake. I then showed up at the office, just to take a picture of the same plaque i saw at the location in Southlake. the plaque hanging on the wall that specifically states: "The nature of our practice is to give our patients the upmost care and service. PLEASE EXCUSE ANY DELAYS. We will give you the same careful attention as soon as possiblle." THATS their mission statement for patients? Where is basic standard of care? Where was one moment of care or concern for me? I'm the NEW PATIENT, coming in with some sort of ailment. I had waited a good while, just to get this appointment. After taking a picture of the plaque I was asked why I was doing so and was told I couldn't take pictures in the office, nor of the staff. Guess what I did, I held my phone up and said snap,, snap,, snap.. I just wanted to irritate the lady who was talking to me. The staff member told me to leave, as I did so, I yelled out cough, cough, sneeze, sneeze. (Along with a few choice words for the incompetent staff. I said the F word. I would never, EVER even take a stray dog to this practice. This, by far, is the worst Doctor experience I've ever had. That being said, speaks a lot as I've beat cancer 3 times in the last 5 years. I've had several specialists treating me. I have also worked in the Dental industry, scheduling appointments for patients for over 14 years. I've never heard of such low standards for the new patients bringing their money to my offices. UNBELIEVABLE!
