Had surgery here and clearly specified - on their own pre-op paperwork - the exact pharmacy (address included) where my post-op pain medication should be sent. They still sent it to the wrong pharmacy. As a result, I was left in unnecessary pain immediately after surgery and unable to drive, forcing me to scramble and rely on a family member to drive an hour on short notice just to obtain medication that should have been ready. When I called the office for help, the medical assistant ("Katie") was dismissive, unhelpful, and took zero accountability for the mistake - not even an "I'm sorry". Instead of treating this like the post-operative medication error that it was, I was met with attitude and reluctance to assist. Dr. Christianson himself seems fine, but the office staff is clearly disorganized and indifferent to patient care. Sending pain medication to the wrong pharmacy after surgery is not a minor inconvenience -- it's a failure of basic medical administration. Patients should not have to suffer or beg for help because staff can't follow their own intake forms. read more

Would not recommend at all, the doctors do not have bedside manners, they do not spend time with you (have tested several doctors at the bedford location) they are in and out (max 2 minutes), cut you off when you speak and do not listen very well. Do not waste your money here. read more

ENT physician told me to get off caffeine for 6 weeks and come back and he would order a scope. I have had a sore throat for 2 months and now a hoarse voice for 2 months. He did not order any tests at all. Definitely will not go back to them. read more

I have been suffering with sinus infections for years, normally I just buckle down, gather my home therapy options, and hang on for the ride. This past one started when my whole family came down with the flu and then turned into a sinus infection so severe that I was crying from the pain of sinus pressure and my children were scared that I was dying! That's when I knew I had to look for some help. Dr Brandon listened very carefully and took into account the fact that I would rather not take a bunch of steroids and antibiotics if not totally necessary. He recommended safe antibiotics for breastfeeding and other homeopathic options to try. He asked if I wanted to start looking into the cause of the frequent infections or just get over this one and deal when the next comes. I decided it is time to figure out what's going on, and was recommended to get a CT Scan, nasal endoscopy and follow up. Quality care and kind staff! read more

I went in because I had sinus pain and drainage - so much drainage that I was vomiting and losing weight, because I was unable to keep anything down. I also have hypothyroidism-their website says they treat thyroid issues as well as ENT services. Dr White took one look at vomiting and narrowed bis focus to that one symptom stating I need to go to a gastro. After telling him all my symptoms again, he took 15 seconds to roughly look in my nose and throat and then shrugged his shoulders in a helpless gesture and said he could order a CT scan to see IF I was feeling pain. While his demeanor was polite, his body language screamed get out. I went to my PCP who really wanted me to get a CT scan t rule everything out and she found a sinus infection - deep in the sphenoid sinus (near the eye socket. After 10 days of antibiotics, my sinus pain is gone as well as the drainage that Dr White insisted was not coming from my sinus cavities. We also found that my thyroid levels were way off. If Dr White had looked at ALL my symptoms and my medical history that I had given him instead of laser focusing on only one symptom and then rushing me out of the office, I believe a capable ENT would have been able to find all this and also allow the patient to have confidence in this clinic instead of gaslighting me into going to a different specialist for a procedure that was proved to be completely unnecessary by a doctor who listened to all the symptoms and took the time to look into everything. I will tell everyone who asks not to go here. read more

I came in to seek help with my allergies to see what i was allergic to. They offered me two options; The first was the typical arm shots just on my forearms and if I wished to continue with further tests I could also get shots on my back. I decided to play it by ear but they had me go ahead and pay for both upfront before anything happened. Although most came out of my insurance I still had to pay out of pocket for the remainder. During the process I decided to only do the forearms shots. Stephen White did a fine job explaining what I was allergic to and how to prevent certain allergies. I decided not to pursue allergy shots or drops (as I was allergic to about everything) and was sent to the front for information.   The reception area was where it all went downhill. None of the people (there were 3 of them) seemed to have any information about the drops I was still considering, how much anything was or how I could get the epipen. When I informed themthat I only had the forearms shots done and not the back shots but still paid for it all, they couldn't figure out how to refund me my out of pocket expenses. They informed me after insurance took out what was supposed to be taken out (which they didn't know how much that was) I would get a refund check. I got the arm shots done March 4 and am still waiting for my refund as of April 17th.   Apparently the only person that can help with anything is Sara in the billing department. They had "sent" the check to the wrong address, had a different number for my contact info and seem to be unwilling to give me my money back. Almostevery time I call they are too busy to help or I am told to leave a voicemail, which never gets returned.   I regret every going here as it has been a major pain to get basic information from the main front area. If I ever get my money back I will update this post but for now I am very irritated and want to warn others that they will charge you for things upfront for things you are on the fence about. read more

Horrible customer service and office workers. Had to wait for 26 days just to get an appointment on a Monday morning. On Friday before my appointment at 4:18 pm was left a message stating my insurance will not cover. I find that odd since I received an approval letter to Stphen J White MD good from July 10, 2023 to July 10, 2024. I am sure Dr. White is unaware of how horrible his office personal is and how badly they treat the patients. For starters apparently Heather cannot read my name is Natha not Nathan or Nathaniel. It is not my fault that she waited till 4:18pm on Friday before my appointment on the following Monday to feel my contact me and only allow me not even 45 minutes to cancel the appointment and no way to leave a message over the weekend and to have the audacity to say I will have a $50.00 no show fee. I hope Dr. White realizes that the way his office staff treats the patients is a reflection on him. I would never recommend Texas ENT Center to anyone. read more

Dr Elizabeth Kehrwald has been, by far the greatest audiologist that I've ever been to. I have worn hearing aids since I was a small child. She's kind, knowledgeable and incredibly helpful. Presented to this office on a Friday with a swollen and painful earache. Dr. Christianson aspirated my ear and put some powder in it and sent me home. By Monday the swelling in the pain was still there so I tried calling the office. No one responded to my voicemail on Monday and so I called again on Tuesday. At that time the doctor prescribed a topical ear drop antibiotic. I have been on it for 3 1/2 days with no change in pain or swelling in my ear. Tried to phone the doctors office again and get A prescription for an oral antibiotic and was told no that I would have to continue the full week of ear antibiotics before he would prescribe anything else. Did not care that it was swollen and painful a full week later. Would not recommend Dr. Christiansen to anyone. Now I am having to pay for yet another office visit under urgent care circumstances. read more

If I could give less stars, I would. I've been coming here for about 2 years now and each time they've left me with a bad taste in my mouth. I've had sinus and ear issues for about 3 years and because I fly for a living, the pressure changes are debilitating. The first time I came, I saw Hailey Baird who said everything looked fine and that I should try allergy medicine and flying less. Everything didn't feel fine. So I tried many different kinds and nasal sprays and came back a few months later because my ears were still blocking in flight. They told me the same except this time, I could get ear tubes. Next appointment, Dr. White put the tubes in. What he didn't bother explaining until it was too late, was that if I have eustachian tube disfunction, the tubes are pointless. So about a thousand dollars later and I'm back to square one. My ears feel worse than before and now I have ringing that I didn't have before the tubes were put in. One of the nurses, Chris, told me that that's normal and that everyone heals differently. On my check up, I asked if it was normal and if there's anything else we could do so that I could find relief. He told me no, it isn't normal and no, there's nothing else he can do. What a doctor. I also had fmla through them for my job, however, Dr. White has informed me that I'm no longer eligible and he won't be filling out fmla paperwork for me. But he made sure to charge me $35 to look at the paperwork. Do yourselves a favor and find literally any other ENT who isn't dismissive, actually cares about their patients, and doesn't overcharge, because Dr. White and his staff are not it. read more

Elizabeth at Texas ENT was great. My 92 year old mom has been putting off buying hearing aids in the past, because after 2 sets, and thousands of $$, there has been no improvement. Elizabeth found the perfect hearing aids for her, worked patiently with her until she was comfortable with them, and now my precious Mom can actually hear conversations. Dr. Christiansen is great with kids, but the practice itself is concerned with racking on any fee it can post-treatment and after they've already quoted and wrapped up a visit...and will refuse to see a baby that they've operated on with a bleeding ear unless you've paid said added fees. If you have money to blow and love financial surprises, this is the place for you. read more

Texas ENT is an excellent place to go. Elizabeth has such a great personality and made me getting my first set of hearing aides a breeze. I since then have started doing my allergy shots and have been going almost a year now. The staff is always extremely helpful and greet you with a smile. They make me feel very welcome and extremely comfortable especially Kimberly at the front desk. Jennifer is the person that gives me my weekly shots and always very considerate and careful.
