I have hearing loss and these "doctors" claimed that Flonase would make me better.i got a second opinion thankfully! I need hearing aides and a MRI so thanks for wasting my time and money.I messaged them today to get my records and it took 2 hours of texting back and forth and 2 faxes to get my records so i could compare them with my second opinion.So if your looking for drs who could give a damn and are completely incompetent look no further then then here. He talks things out with you and will come up with the best route to take instead of putting you on bunch of medication until finding one that sticks. He will let you switch or change doses if it sounds good to try and get you on the perfect plan. He has always been so kind and seems to really care. I have crazy anxiety. It comes on strong in traffic. So if I'm willing to drive out to his office all the way out in Keller then to have a Doctor here in Fort Worth where they wanted to push every kind of medicine on me or a Doctor that won't give you medication you have known to work and been on for years. Dr Musgrave listened to me without judgment and came up with a plan for me that got me off of too much medication and now I'm off of medication ai didn't need and on the proper meds with the proper does. I'm taking way less medication and feel better then ever. I recommend him to my best friend who is Now a patient of Dr a Musgrave now! And she is a nurse, so she is not naive about Doctors and medication. The office staff is nice which is always nice. And their website has a patient portal that is easy to use and messages and requests are answered is a timely manner and always get a response within a day at most. It's a nice clean Building and most importantly especially since I drive a long distance, I have never had to wait longer than under 10 mins. Usually my name is called in 5 minutes. I've never waited like other offices. So yeah, great Place, great staff, Great Doctor who gives great care.

I went back home and since then trying to get another appointment but it's impossible to get touch with a human being. When I call her office either AI picks up and starts talking nonsense and when I try to talk to some human to get an appointment date, nobody pick up the phone in spite of waiting for 35 minutes. Please fix this issue. I had to change my ENT to get my ear issue resolve.

While the immunotherapy doesnt work for everyone, its worked wonders on me. I still talk nasally, but i almost never suffer from congestion anymore, and im almost antihistamine free. Its a great feeling not walking around as a benadryl zombie. I didint have much of an option to use benadryl, since the 24 hour meds dont really work on me. I had a reaction on one visit, and the staff responded quickly and got my body to chill out. They even stayed after hours with me to make certain the reaction was truly out of the way. Thanks guys!
