Went to the Arlington branch. Even though I did self pay they charged my insurance anyway. How nice of them.

The care that we find in this site is of a high standard in one continuous pattern, starting at the registration window to the doctor's visit to the discharge and the pharmacy. This care has never changed, my family and I thank the Manger of this center, who is distinguished in serving patients, Her office always opens does not close except when she is not there. Thank you JPS for having such distinguished people working at this location

By far one of the worst clinics ! The nurse named Elaine is so rude, unprofessional and unhelpful !…read moreMy last TWO appointments for orthopedics has been scheduled through my chart. This nurse Elaine phoned to tell me that she couldn't schedule the appointments because she didn't know how... no I'm transferring you to someone who can or even asking for help just telling me that she couldn't schedule an appointment so I cannot get my knee repaired because she doesn't know how to schedule an appointment. The last time I had an appointment at the clinic my "doctor", Dr or Nurse Grant, literally walked out in the middle of the appointment mumbling about some thing and never even returned! We were literally in the middle of a conversation about medicine and she got up and walked out and never came back in. A nurse came in to do my check out and then my medicine was never prescribed to me that she said she would prescribed because she got up and walked out! I had Covid and pneumonia and the Jps Wataga clinic refused to see me. They told me that they did not have any appointments. I then told him that I was going to walk in and another appointment magically appeared ... The workers at this clinic do not want to work and no one is running it! It is a very, very sad excuse for a medical clinic.

HIGHLY recommend this place for any urgent care needs!! Far better experience than a Care Now…read morefacility!!! You can get in quickly as they are not as busy as Care Now and you get great attention. We have been there twice now and we're in and out within 45 minutes! No need to make appointment if you're in a hurry. The staff and doctors are so nice and kind. They don't treat you like a number. They are just awesome!!!

9/15/22 I brought my daughter in for a sinus infection. She hasn't been sick in years (never had…read moreCovid). When she does get sick it starts as a sinus infection and goes straight into her ears (had several ear surgeries and tubes as a young child), unless we are able to head it off with antibiotics. We have been up all night - headache, sore throat, sinus congestion, body aches and chills. She tested negative for Covid at home. But, Covid has changed everything because the nurse practitioner, Zee, requires that you are sick for THREE days and two additional Covid tests before they will prescribe antibiotics (requires another visit charge). I tried to explain my daughter's history to Zee but she could care less. She was unsympathetic, cold and emotionless. All the things you don't want in a healthcare provider that is treating your child. Also, I have no idea how much I am being charged for the visit. They take your credit card and charge at a later time. So I have NO IDEA how much this colossal waste of time cost me. Is that how it works now? IF YOUR CHILD IS SICK - DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU ARE SICK - DO NOT GO HERE Will I go back? Absolutely NOT! Will I recommend to others? Absolutely NOT! Will I warn others of the care they will receive? 100%!!! 9/18/22 UPDATE: NO RESPONSE from the business other than "we'll look into it." canned response. But did received a text message asking for future business. Meanwhile, my child is still sick and miserable. We've had FOUR negative COVID tests. ***THIS BUSINESS IS TERRIBLE!!!!*** 9/20/22 Update - We were able to get antibiotics from another Urgent Care. HOWEVER, by the time we got the prescription, my daughter had an ear infection so severe that her ear drum burst and bloody fluid was running out her right ear and down her neck. In addition, the fluid from her sinus infection caused her eyes to glue shut. Needless to say she has been MISERABLE! And for what?. I did receive a call from the medical director of MedExpress (we were not the first to complain about Zee) on Monday but the damage has been done. I will not stop until Zee, the "nurse practitioner" at MedExpress has lost her job. No healthcare provider should EVER treat patients like this. 9/22/22 MedExpress sent a notice that they will be charging me $152.00 for our 5 min visit (with health insurance) where NO antibiotics were prescribed by the "nurse practitioner" Zee. I will dispute the charge On top of bad service they are CROOKS!

The first night he was in the ER, one of the nurses brought him into a more comfortable bed and got me a nice big recliner to sleep in so I could stay next to him. The following day, he was moved up to floor 5, and they rolled in a couch and an extra recliner so my son and I could both sleep up there with him. They went above and beyond for all of us and even his care. Highly recommend.

I was not going to write about my Labor and Delivery with Dr Allen because it was not good and I…read moredidn't want to make her look bad. However, my midwife did an investigation into my medical file to make sure my current pregnancy is without a doubt low risk based off my past pregnancy, and she found some information in my chart that was disturbing. It is worth mentioning that my past review regarding PPD staff still stands though. So I ended up being induced, against my wishes. Dr Allen knew I wanted to go naturally yet insisted on induction because she stated she worried about my blood pressure, nosebleeds, swelling and headaches. She stated she knew that I wanted to wait (I was 38 weeks) but that it would be best. I pushed the subject and she gave me two extra days that she felt comfortable waiting. When I was induced, I declined the epidural. And this was the most pain I've ever experienced which was my own choice, I understand. However, the side effects of pitocin were NEVER discussed with me and I experienced the worst postpartum depression (an apparent side effect!!) as well my baby was so jaundice that she was under lights for a week after being discharged. My newborn's heels were pricked so many times they were bruised. It was heartbreaking. All because of Dr Allen thought it was best, right? All because I was almost at risk of being preeclamptic, right? Hm, maybe not. My midwife recently had a look at my medical chart and found out that I did not actually have hypertension. In fact, there were no medical issues noted and my BP was within the normal range. My gut told me three years ago that Dr Allen was just trying to get me scheduled so I'd deliver and she would have one less to worry with. It was a very busy delivery season, my friend in the NICU had already advised me of this fact. But I naively thought a doctor would not induce just because of their convenience. In addition, Dr Allen was not in the room when I gave birth. My mom noticed I was unable to communicate at all out of the intense pain I was under and saw my baby's head, so she yelled out my door for a nurse or ANYONE really. My mom ended up being the reason my baby didn't end up on the hospital floor. The cherry on top, the staff made my mom sign a document stating that Dr Allen was actually in the room when I delivered eventhough she wasn't. I don't recommend Dr Allen or Women's Integrated Healthcare or Medical City Alliance. Unless you can skip Labor and Delivery and go straight to Postpartum Recovery.
