We stop going here because the quality of service is so bad. I felt cheated by the new company. They force me to see the doctor, the nurse to be correct every six months in order to get my medication refill. My wife's doctor left they did not bother to let her know and just reschedule her with a nurse without asking her first. Stay away, I am sure there are better place that you can go for your healthcare.

Natalie was the last receptionist I spoke to and she seemed very unconcerned with my dire situation. I had submitted a packet late June that Dr. Hatley needed to complete for me in order to keep my driver's license ( I had recently had several car accidents that did not involve alcohol). It is now mid-September and I just found out through the patient portal it has been faxed to the DPS. I have been asking, only to get through to the front desk, for at least a month for this information in order to send it as I also had to get an Optometrist and Psychiatrist to complete a portion. KFM, Valerie, JUST messaged me that is has been faxed. I, not KFM, was to fax it so I could sent the COMPLETE packet, not piece-meal. I am told that my PSYCHIATRIST needs to complete the entire packet all over again. This entire process has been handled very poorly, especially for something so important. I was, never once, contacted by a doctor even though I had asked to at least make an appointment with whomever was handling Dr. Hatley's patients, as she is on maternity leave. I was told it was Lucy, a Nurse Practitioner at the facility. I was refused an appointment. DO NOT put your family in the care of Keller Family Medical. They are extremely cold and do not communicate with patients.

But even with having to be a little tough at times with patients like me that is afraid of getting blood drawn, she still makes me glad she is my doctor. Because she will make sure that both her and her wonderful staff will not let me forget what lab tests I need done. I saw a different GP in Southlake before coming to see Dr Sharif and it's because of this other doctor that I know I'm lucky that Dr Sharif is on my side. The other doctor didn't care at all what happened to me during one of the most stressful times in my life. The other doctor didn't want the complicated patients. But Dr Sharif doesn't seem to shy away from patients that may be hurting both physically and mentally. Anyway, Dr Sharif is by far the best GP/Internist I've found in the area. They both listen to understand and offer excellent medical advice. Each of the nurses and technicians have been kind, engaging and very attentive. I feel comfortable chatting with any and all of them and they even take time to share with me about their own children as I am an educator ! Lab work is opted to the patient portal within a day or two. My prescriptions are provided to my pharmacy before I leave their office. Kind people, professional people.
