HIGHLY recommend this place for any urgent care needs!! Far better experience than a Care Now facility!!! You can get in quickly as they are not as busy as Care Now and you get great attention. 9/15/22 I brought my daughter in for a sinus infection. She hasn't been sick in years (never had Covid). When she does get sick it starts as a sinus infection and goes straight into her ears (had several ear surgeries and tubes as a young child), unless we are able to head it off with antibiotics. We have been up all night - headache, sore throat, sinus congestion, body aches and chills. She tested negative for Covid at home. But, Covid has changed everything because the nurse practitioner, Zee, requires that you are sick for THREE days and two additional Covid tests before they will prescribe antibiotics (requires another visit charge). I tried to explain my daughter's history to Zee but she could care less. She was unsympathetic, cold and emotionless. All the things you don't want in a healthcare provider that is treating your child. Also, I have no idea how much I am being charged for the visit. They take your credit card and charge at a later time. So I have NO IDEA how much this colossal waste of time cost me. Is that how it works now? IF YOUR CHILD IS SICK - DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU ARE SICK - DO NOT GO HERE Will I go back? Absolutely NOT! Will I recommend to others? Absolutely NOT! Will I warn others of the care they will receive? 100%!!! 9/18/22 UPDATE: NO RESPONSE from the business other than "we'll look into it." canned response. But did received a text message asking for future business. Meanwhile, my child is still sick and miserable. We've had FOUR negative COVID tests. ***THIS BUSINESS IS TERRIBLE!!!!*** 9/20/22 Update - We were able to get antibiotics from another Urgent Care. HOWEVER, by the time we got the prescription, my daughter had an ear infection so severe that her ear drum burst and bloody fluid was running out her right ear and down her neck. In addition, the fluid from her sinus infection caused her eyes to glue shut. Needless to say she has been MISERABLE! And for what?. I did receive a call from the medical director of MedExpress (we were not the first to complain about Zee) on Monday but the damage has been done. I will not stop until Zee, the "nurse practitioner" at MedExpress has lost her job. No healthcare provider should EVER treat patients like this. 9/22/22 MedExpress sent a notice that they will be charging me $152.00 for our 5 min visit (with health insurance) where NO antibiotics were prescribed by the "nurse practitioner" Zee. No Gina, it wasn't caused due to increased demand for Covid related business. I and many others had been left on a phone call version of 'read'. I know this because the cars that came after me followed the same procedure of parking and calling the main line to inform the lobbyists of our presence in the parking lot. What I witnessed after was these drivers never stepping foot inside the building because of the long wait time over the phone. I assume they decided to try their luck elsewhere. The one that still came after me and parked next to me, grew agitated and eventually walked inside (his phone Call was on his car's Bluetooth loud enough for me to hear). Then I grew agitated and walked inside... only to find out that this car neighbor of mine was seen before me only because he walked inside before. If I only knew I had to walk inside to be seen, I would have ignored the damn sign at the door and walked inside. I would have saved myself over 50 minutes of waiting in the car. Could have been only 10 minutes of waiting. But still no sincere apologies or acceptance of responsibilities. read more

I came in to get treated for what seemed like sciatic nerve pain. I was looking for an urgent care in network and came across this place. The customer service, professionalism, and bed side manner of the staff here was outstanding and exceeded my expectations. I felt very well taken care of. My daughter was seen for ear problem Saturday evening. She was then prescribed with antibiotic drops. Due to the pharmacy's misinformation on their hours of business, I had to call this clinic to send the prescription to another pharmacy. For some reason, it did not reach the second pharmacy so my daughter ended up not receiving the medication for that night. The following day, I called them around 8:30 am to have this prescription sent to the another pharmacy but again, at around 12:30 pm the prescription is not called in yet as "the doctor is still tied up". It's so disappointing when go to an URGENT CARE center and be prescribed with an antibiotic and not getting the medication on time. read more

I went in at 7:33pm with an emergency. My son was wheezing and short of breath and they told me they closed at 8 and could not take more patients. One person in the waiting room and a few cars outside looked like they just wanted to leave. Rude front desk and a lady with the name of came out "Shelley" with an attitude saying there is no way we can see you today. All "spots" filled. I will talk to management about this incident. Never will I be back and beware don't take your kiddos here for an emergency because they will just kick you out!! read more

I usually have fine experiences here but this latest visit was really annoying. I went in with a wet cough, suspecting it was a lung infection. I was super detailed with my symptoms (nasty mucus, and deep cough). All they did was test me for covid, then said I had a viral infection. They prescribed me benzonatate which is a cough suppressant for dry coughs. I'm not a doctor or anything but why would a cough suppressant help get rid of a lung infection? Anyway, it's five days later and I have the same symptoms, if not worse. I also was there for 2.5 hours total and didn't get the help I needed. Super irritating. read more

I went to Med Express on two different occasions and let me tell you, I will be returning every time I need to go to an urgent care and will recommend them to anybody I know. I've been around the block as far as urgent cares go-- I've been to them all so I feel like my opinion holds some weight. The staff, nurses, and doctors were all so kind, empathetic and helpful-- and saw me within minutes! Having a doctor truly emphasize with you is something hard to come by. It felt relieving to know that they were there to help me in any way they could. I'm truly so thankful for them. read more

So far my elderly mother has waited 45 minutes to have her TB test read. it took a little over a minute to have her test read and paperwork complete. the staff is great but they are short staffed. It took almost as long to get her TB test a couple of days ago And we were the only ones in there. Ridiculous. read more

Sort the reviews by newest and you will notice a significant change in service. Don't believe the nonsense that poor customer service is a result of the Covid pandemic. I am not leaving a review to suggest that I had a long wait or challenges accessing the facility. I am leaving a review to inform you that the professionalism and compassion from the front office staff is disgusting. Came here for saline and Zofran during an awful stomach bug. They were amazing. Linda was an awesome nurse. So loving when I was at my absolute worst. Got me an iv started super quickly and helped me stay comfortable. Doctor was also really quick and efficient. read more

Went during covid-19 pandemic. I'm a younger adult and not used to illness/ailments. Things went smoothly. Staff was nice and helpful. Wasn't told my insurance wasn't covered there until email sent out for payment after visit. Doctor nor staff told me of any 24hr pharmacies nearby, so I suffered another night. read more

Receptionist Melissa was extremely rude. I tried to go inside to give my drivers license and insurance information to copy and she said "Did some one call you to come in???!!!" I tried to tell her I wanted to give my information and would go outside to my car to do registration over the phone, she replied "YOU NEED TO GO OUTSIDE AND CALL TO REGISTER ... FROM YOUR CAR!!!!!" So I went outside to car and called, and she still didn't get my name or insurance information correct until I was "called to come in" and she took my drivers license and insurance information to copy. The PA said "Nothing will help you feel better, you'll just have to let it run its course" ..... followed up with my Primary Doctor a couple days later and found out I DID need antibiotics. ( treatment delayed, time wasted at Urgent Care) Everyone treated me like I was a nuisance. read more

The quality of the workers, their attitudes, the cleanliness of the facility, the procedure of processing us and the doctor care .... this would be my doctors office if possible. We stopped at a different facility closer to home and the people acted like they were doing me a favor to talk to me. My son needed his physical for football and with 6 minutes to close I got us to the location. The staff was great to the person who checked us in to the person who checked us out. Everyone was wonderful. This is my second MedExpress location I've been to and both have been great. It's clean, I've never had to wait a long time , the staff is friendly and I never feel rushed. You have to call to get seen and that's if they answer. I have called over 100 times and have waited for 2 hrs and have not been seen. I have seen people walk in that pull up with out actually being in the parking lot. Absolutely the worst if you need help your better off going to the hospital. Their not worth it. Yes they enforce COVID guidelines but where's the fairness for those who have been waiting for hrs or days and those who drive up and get seen without having to wait to get seen. read more

If you use this place for a blood draw...consider going somewhere else!!! You will wait a long time! We now have waited over 45 mins one time and another 1.5 hours another time and finally had to leave because it just took too long for a 2 minute draw. We will not return to this facility. read more

Great customer service in person and on the phone. Had to wait about 15min in my car, but that was expected. Took all my info from my car and walked right in when they were ready for me. The nurse and the doctor who saw me were great. Answered all my questions, took a shot to the arm, and received prescriptions. I'm a teacher, and we don't have the best insurance out there, but only paid $50 and that was great compared to what I paid previous years to see urgent care. As an actual patient, (and urgent care frequenter), I can't say enough good things about this one! I have been here a few times along with my daughter, and each time the entire staff has been amazing. Check-in is the best, no paperwork, no tablets, just a quick one on one personal experience and then in no time I have been escorted back. I am always surprised when I go that I am the only one there. I don't want them to go away which is why I am writing this review! The nurses and doctors are all very caring and it feels more like a family doctor then a drop in facility. No one goes to urgent care because they want to, but I never dread it anymore because they make it so pleasant, thank you to each of you! read more
