HIGHLY recommend this place for any urgent care needs!! Far better experience than a Care Now…read morefacility!!! You can get in quickly as they are not as busy as Care Now and you get great attention. We have been there twice now and we're in and out within 45 minutes! No need to make appointment if you're in a hurry. The staff and doctors are so nice and kind. They don't treat you like a number. They are just awesome!!!

9/15/22 I brought my daughter in for a sinus infection. She hasn't been sick in years (never had…read moreCovid). When she does get sick it starts as a sinus infection and goes straight into her ears (had several ear surgeries and tubes as a young child), unless we are able to head it off with antibiotics. We have been up all night - headache, sore throat, sinus congestion, body aches and chills. She tested negative for Covid at home. But, Covid has changed everything because the nurse practitioner, Zee, requires that you are sick for THREE days and two additional Covid tests before they will prescribe antibiotics (requires another visit charge). I tried to explain my daughter's history to Zee but she could care less. She was unsympathetic, cold and emotionless. All the things you don't want in a healthcare provider that is treating your child. Also, I have no idea how much I am being charged for the visit. They take your credit card and charge at a later time. So I have NO IDEA how much this colossal waste of time cost me. Is that how it works now? IF YOUR CHILD IS SICK - DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU ARE SICK - DO NOT GO HERE Will I go back? Absolutely NOT! Will I recommend to others? Absolutely NOT! Will I warn others of the care they will receive? 100%!!! 9/18/22 UPDATE: NO RESPONSE from the business other than "we'll look into it." canned response. But did received a text message asking for future business. Meanwhile, my child is still sick and miserable. We've had FOUR negative COVID tests. ***THIS BUSINESS IS TERRIBLE!!!!*** 9/20/22 Update - We were able to get antibiotics from another Urgent Care. HOWEVER, by the time we got the prescription, my daughter had an ear infection so severe that her ear drum burst and bloody fluid was running out her right ear and down her neck. In addition, the fluid from her sinus infection caused her eyes to glue shut. Needless to say she has been MISERABLE! And for what?. I did receive a call from the medical director of MedExpress (we were not the first to complain about Zee) on Monday but the damage has been done. I will not stop until Zee, the "nurse practitioner" at MedExpress has lost her job. No healthcare provider should EVER treat patients like this. 9/22/22 MedExpress sent a notice that they will be charging me $152.00 for our 5 min visit (with health insurance) where NO antibiotics were prescribed by the "nurse practitioner" Zee. I will dispute the charge On top of bad service they are CROOKS!

Bad experience from start to finish. Check-in was disrespectful, unprofessional, and lacked any…read moresemblance of urgency (despite no other patients present at the time). I was then told to sign forms - without being allowed to see them. I was handed a signature pad while the screen faced only the staff, with the forms verbally analyzed by a staff person. When I asked to briefly skim what I was signing, I was met with resistance and visible annoyance. In the exam room, another staff member echoed this attitude, saying, "So I heard you want to read the forms?" I was questioned as if my request were unreasonable and was barely allowed to view the screen, which was dramatically tilted away from me for no conceivable reason. The disorganization continued: my vitals were not recorded until later prompted, I was left alone far longer than promised after my test results were confirmed to be available, while staff chatted about non-work matters outside, and my discharge paperwork was incorrect. The provider prescribed meds for a confirmed diagnosis and a possible alternative, but the medication for the actual, confirmed diagnosis was missing from my paperwork until I pointed it out. Overall, the experience was chaotic, dismissive, and error-prone. I left with no confidence in the care or treatment I received.

The staff was polite and efficient. It is a very clean, modern facility. They accepted my…read moretraditional Medicare and BCBS supplement without having to pay anything at the time of service. There is not a doctor at the clinic - just mid-level practitioners. I was tested for Covid and flu and received results in 15 minutes. I also had a chest x-ray there--and had those results (interpreted by on off-site radiologist) within ~15 minutes. I was surprised and disappointed that this urgent care doesn't draw blood. Once my Covid and flu tests results were found to be negative, it would be valuable information to know if what I had was viral or bacterial. I didn't realize they couldn't run a CBC at an urgent care. That's "emergency room" technology and service apparently, not urgent care. I would have chosen a facility that could do blood work if I had been more careful in screening the care that is offered. To their credit, once I arrived and found that out, the MA asked if I wanted to continue the visit, which I did, because I needed the viral tests.
